Schedule 'A' Part - I (B/R ITEMS):- Demolition Stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: All the debris / demolished material shall be removed from site to outside AF campus at contractors risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal state and local regulations as and when directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Material and labour for taking down of existing sunken floor treatment from the sunken portion and removing of existing filling of sunken, cleaning the surfaces washing down with water and rubbish off premises, cleaning and filling cracks with epoxy sealing compound and two coats of acrylic cementitious water proofing coating (Dr FIXIT pidifin 2K manufactured by M/s Piditite industries Ltd or equivalent) and followed by a over lay protective screed 15mm thick CM (1:3) along with liquid water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cment approved make on top surfaces of sunken slab after preparation as mentioned above. method of application for acrylic cementitious water proofing coating is followed as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (c) Filling with 25mm thick cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate on sunken slab portion over filling of brick bats and finishing the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all a specified and directed.

Material and labour for vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 05 but as in skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaced wall as backing coat of cement mortar 1:4.

Material and labour for joint free non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for Prelaminated particle board, 18/19mm thick exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work and including pvc beading to be fixed at faces of board all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood Plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular, exceeding 13Sqcm & not exceeding 25sqcm in section, clean sawn, secured with screws all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 40mm width of flap (when open) continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair ball catcher with 8 mm dia steel ball and brass body and striking plate including letting in and fixed complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs stainless steel self closing auto hinges for cabinet shutter complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs stainless steel telescopic channel ball bearing drawer channel 500mm length with loading capacity of 45Kg complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs kitchen utensil rack in steel made of premium grade stainless steel and highly durable and rust-proof of size not less than 90cmx80cmx20cm complete all as specified.

Supply and fix sinks made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of swan neck tap for steel sink (Hindware, Parryware, Jaguar make) or other approved equivalent make including cost of all material, labour charges etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 15mm Bib taps, chromium plated, fancy type, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffener and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment on roof slab including picking, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove dust and providing water proofing treatment described as under:- (a) Surface preparation with Asian smart care mortar or equivalent and GP groute mortar and treating of construction joints, filling of honey comb with polymer modified mortar (cement: sand: smart care multi purpose polymer of Asian paints or equivalent product of Thermax/ Berger) (b) Cleaning the surface and applying (Resin & Hardener) smart care Epoxy primer 2K of make Asian paints or equivalent product of Thermax/ Berger ) on the cleaned surface for bonding of PU magnum with the existing concrete surface. (c) Supplying, providing and applying water proofing treatment to terrace area with Asian paints smart care PU magnum, single component, highly elastomeric seamless cold applied modified PU coating or equivalent product of Thermax/Berger) including all necessary surface preparation, coving using smart care multi purpose polymer, water pond test etc complete as per manufactures specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1mm. The coating shall have dual combination of 250% elongation. Execution to be done with authorised applicator of the manufacturer and company bank guarantee to be given by the contractor. work will be executed in smart assurance system all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) all as specified.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block any shape and shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment over 50mm thick sand cushioning including dismantling of unserviceable old one complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local conditions.

Material and labour for cleaning using wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust and preparation of the surface for applying crack filler Dr FIXIT or equivalent over primer on walls not exceeding 25mm depth and width not exceeding 10mm of cracks all as specified and directed.

Schedule 'A' Part - I (E/M ITEMS):- Taking down carefully from board / old outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, brackets, ceiling fittings, tube light fittings etc for reuse at site / refixing at same site or carrying to the store in safe custody. Note: If any damage / loss to any light fittings / exhaust fan/ geyser and connected items shall be fixed with new item / parts by contractor without any extra cost.

Taking down carefully the existing geyser 25 litres capacity any type keeping in safe custody and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as directed.

Fixing only geyser of 25 litre capacity in suitable position, drilling holes on wall, fixing four Nos of anchor bolts, nuts and washers and connected to the water and electric connections and testing complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully the existing exhaust fan any capacity, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades and kept under safe custody complete all as directed.

Fixing only exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to fan complete all as directed

Supply and fix MCB sheet metal enclosure with one single pole MCB 20A, 240 Volts complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix ceiling rose 3 terminal / PVC polycarbonate isolated body complete all as specified and as directed.
