M&L cleaning and removing of settled sit and mixed with sand gravel etc,manually from swimming pool size 50mtr X 22mtr X 09mtr (approximate) at bottom 18 feet (approximate) depth and including disposal of debris to a distance n.exc.100m pumping out of stagnated water with suitable pump and scraping of inner surface of the swimming pool by wire brush and removing moss formation,scraping out deposited rust/paint etc. from the chennels/pipe fitted inside the swimming pool and including preparation of surfaces with necessary T&P as and when required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of UG Sump of 40000 GALLON Capacity,, located at swimming pool area by decanting with Water, scraping internal surface and bottom of the tank with mild steel scrubbers/brush, rubbing down scale, dirt, sludge, etc, washing with clean water and taking out and removing mud, dirts, silts, sand, iron deposits/sludge, etc. from the inside of the tank and depositing at a distance not exc. 50.0 m away from the tank, washing inner surfaces using lime and bleaching powder and removing the same until clean surface is obtained including cutting of brushes, plants, etc., cleaning of drains, surrounding area up to 3.0 m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for opening and cleaning of Media Filter 35000GLN and replacement of following components complete all as specified and directed. (a) 25 to 40mm Gravels- 850 Kg (b) 7 to 15 mm Gravels-525Kg (c) 3 to 7 mm Gravels-425Kg (d) 1 to 3 mm Crushed Sand-925Kg (e) Quartz Sand-1200 Kg

M & L Clearing away all grass vegetation , saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and removing the rubbish up to a distance of 50 meters outside the periphery of the OH tank/pump house area under clearance all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Cleaning of semi under ground tank 75,000 to 1,00,000 Gallons capacity 20/30 feet depth by removing sludge from inner bottom and clean the silt by rubbing of walls, floors by means of hard steel brush and washing by water, drying and two coats of lime wash and to be written on tank cleaning date with white paint on black colour background all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Carrying out overhauling of motor assembly, cutting burnt winding wire, cleaning of core slots and re- winding of stater complete as per IS specifications using super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge and turn as per existing including providing all insulation materials & varnishing heating, replacement of worn out bushing, bearing terminals etc. including lubrication, and assembling the complete motor assembly, testing complete for 25 HP motor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Repair/replacement of fully automatic star delta starter with sheet steel enclsure sutable for 25 HP Motor in existing location including making connection with PVC insulated 1100 Volts grade, single core, multistranded copper conductor 10.Sqmm 4core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplay and fixing PVC suction hose/Pipe Green (size of 40mm, Ultra light & flexible with PVC spiral ribbed for extra strength) with 2 male connector nipples with clamps).

Repair/replacement of suction swiper frame welding,painting,hinges and changing all nut bolts with new brush 02Nos all as directed and specified.

S&F in repair 80mm bore and 3 mtr long MS heavy duty seamless black column pipe both ends flanged wall thickness less than 4.8 mm in bore well with and includiing all jointing material such as nut,bolts,washers,rubbers gaskets etc complete all as specified and directed

(a) Disconnecting the power cables from the control panel ,lifting the submersible pump set along with the GI tubing 50/80 mm carefully from the bore well without damaging the existing MS casing pipes using bore well ring from various sites and unscrewing each length/section of pipe complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge

(b) Disconnecting submersible pump set and taken to work shop for repair / servicing and bringing back after repair c) Cleaning the GI pipes that have been remove both internally and extremally keeping serviceable pipes ready for installation (d) Dismantling stainer,replacement of defective filters and reassembling the same complete e) Jointing the submersilble cable with M-seal in water proofing condition all as directed by Engr-In-Charge (f) Flushing the bore well at any depth with compressed air of compression capacity 300 PSI 100 CFM driven by diesel engine and back washing continuously for not less than 02 hrs or until clear water in flushed out and pure water is received complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge (g) Reinstalling the submersible pump set along with the power control cable lowering into the existing bore well casing using bore well rig after jointing each length of the GI pipes step by step to the entire length and locking the system conneting with the external water supply line and power control and testing and commissioning at site to the entire satisfaction all as directed by Engr-In-Charge Note for serial item No 1 (a) to (g) :- Repair and servicing of submersible pump set rewinding of motor, electric cable and GI tubing shall be measured separately under relevant item of schedule A

Excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 Meters in width and not exceeding 1.5 Meters in depth for laying of Cast Iron/Ductile Iron pipes or Steel water tubing etc and getting out including forming bottom surface and sides all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer-in Charge.

Returning filling-in, of soft/ loose soils, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

The work involved are as under all as directed: - (i) Taking down from foundations and transporting of motor pump set to civil work shop. (ii) Dismantling of burnt motors, cutting and taking out burnt stator winding from motor, cleaning the stator and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of original gauge/size incl drying, painting, repair of pump including repair replacement of impeller, glands, bushing, assembling complete and carrying to pump house, commissioning and testing for 6 hours on full load to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
