CA NO GE/AFJ-65/2022-23 REPAIR /REPLACEMENT/CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES, MANHOLE,SEPTIC TANK AND SOAK WELL AT PCDA(NC) COMPLEX UNDER GE (AF) JAMMU

M&Lcleaning blockage by manually or mechanically in sewage line up to 6.0mtr depth ,WC,GT,NT,FT & man holes in entire area of PCDA Office and residential complex under AGE BR-III by engaging safai wala for all working days from 0830 hrs to 1700hrs along with T&P i.e gum boot, mask safety device etc as required for clearing blockage and keep smooth functional the entire sewage lines,drain line and entire complex including manholes to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Contractor`s will report on all working days along with safai wala at 0830 hrs at B/R maintainence cell to receive complaint for blockage and to submit completion report on same day by 1700 hrs. (ii) Printed complaints slip as per format approved by Engr-in -Charge shall be provided and maintained by contractor, cost for the same shall deemed inclusive in the quoted rate

(iii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to incl the cost of adequate manpower,T&P, equipment, safety device etc and for any dispute decision of Accepting Officer shall be final and binding and conclusive. (iv) If there is any major blockage in sewer line for which additional safaiwalas and special T & P is required same shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. Therefore contractor is advised to visit the site before quoting the rate in the tender .Sufficient labour should be deployed by contractor to full fill the requirement to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Any despute related to above shall be resolved by Garrison Engineer and his decision shall be final, binding and conclusive (v) All sewage blockage complaint must be attended within 24 hrs. Any sewage blockage complaint is not clear within 24hr( except and otherwise few major/ difficult complaint prior intimation/ notice to GE/ Engr in Charge compensation of Rs.200/- per day per complaint shall be charged from the contractor work done without any prior notice based on Job card i.e. user satisfaction. (vi) One Job Card shall contain 05 Nos of Complaints(maximum)

Cleaning/clearing manually or mechanically the sewage line of any description / SGSW pipe of size 100mm dia to 200mm dia at any depth , removing any type of blockage including destling , descaling & dechocking by using sewage cleaning rods or with combine hydralic operated sewer suction cum jetting machine mounted on LCV/HCV by using high pressure thermo plastic water jetting hose and throgh conical round shaped nozzle with piston action rodding from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank / well through sewer line when as required time to time including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and reomving waste material/sludge to a distance of n.exc 50m and burrying the same pit and replacing manhole cover in position after cleaning(Measurement will be carried out all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of septic tanks, soakage well/pits, grease traps etc of any depth including inlet and outlet chamber and removing sludge(in solid & semi solid ), silt, both organic and in-organic nature including any other type of waste material after plugging of incoming sewage line and removing waste material /sludge out side defence land on his own arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Bailing out water directly from septic tank/soakage well/manhole/grease trap of any size and any depth with suitable capacity pumps/suction machine daily 2 hrs to a distance not less than 50 metre away in such a manner as to disposal of water, not to cause inconvenience /nuisance in the area or to cause damage to the property structures near by all as spd and directed by Eng-in-charge(All works to be carried out under foul conditions).

Demolition of brickwork, plain cement concrete or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan, exc. 6m mean radius or cement concrete, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in manholes, septic tanks, soakage pits, drain etc in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc 6m mean radius, (except bricks) built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound and surface finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperatly.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6, finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plaster surfaces of wall, applying wall putty on walls and applying two coat of oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L,precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone agregate including necessary form work as in manholes cover slab etc, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Re-inforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A' here in after)

M&L for Mild TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild TMT steel bars 6mm to 8mm, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out etc as in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5m deep but n.exc 3.0 m deep for foundation,etc.or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes,etc.n.exc.10 sq m on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5 m wide but exc 3m deep and n.exc 4.5 m deep for foundation,etc.or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes,etc. n exc.10 sq m on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in ,including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 150 mm internal dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete bed 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate)to 150 mm dia drain pipes including forming cradles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 150 mm bore class NP-2 laid and jointed with collar in CM 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 200 mm internal dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete bed 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate)to 200mm dia drain pipes including forming cradles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 200 mm bore class NP-2 laid and jointed with collar in CM 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinfoced) in ground floors and pavings etc n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in roof kerbs/coping/bed block or mud stops, rounded or chamfered in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed platescomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L,cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 100 mm internal dia of pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair viterous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe including connection to drain and to flushing pipe syphonage pipe etc and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinges device & on CP Jet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep including cutting bushes, wages, hages etc and removing to as directed by Engr-in-Carge complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape (swan neck) or as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work including 40x6mm flat iron for holding chain link fencing conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

M&L, preparation or new steel and iron surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. (Damage due to floor of WC/EWC/ Traps/or other plumbing works)

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, aid over and including rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces brick work or concrete surface in cement plaster 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.( (Damage due to repair of wall/plumbing works)

Dismantling stone slab, stone beam/floor/wall tiles and any type of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in roof,floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M&L 60 mm thickness machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block M-35 any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 in grey cement glossy finish rubber mould casted laid dry over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed (Make:- ISI Marked & Equivalent)

M & L, hard core of for broken stone boulder of gage n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0 ,1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles rubber moulded 250mm x 250mmx 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as directed including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed (Make:- ISI Marked & Equivalent)

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.

Note: (1) The repair has to carried out as and when required basis and accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Enginer-in-Charge in the GE(AF)Jammu.
