Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm.

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Dadooing of walls with Colour glazed tiles of size 15 cm x15cmx6mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with colour cement using 0.4kg/cm2 -10Sqm.

Fabrication and supply of Mild Steel Door of any size with single leaf outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5 mm M.S angle for horizontal and vertical member with stiffener and fully covered with 18 G plate etc complete.

Labour charges for fixing door along with frames in position etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of 0.47mm thick Galvalume sheet on Side Cladding with necessary framing supports with neat alignment and necessary rubber beading etc all complete as directed by the departmental officers

SD 18 Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil)

SD 80 Supply and fixing of fancy glass shade and 15 W LED Bulb

Painting two coats over New iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete
