M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1, as in coping on manholes including necessary form complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 in surface channels and drains complete all as specified.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds, mitered/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old water proofing treatment including screed bed and cleaning the surface with wire brushes removing dust, foreign material and rubbish off the same out side the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), as in floors/roofing as leveling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered as panding concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surfaces mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.(WPC will be measured and paid separetly)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the plastered/concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under: (a) Apply bitumen primer at the rate of 0.27 litre per Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 and bonding bitumen of VG-10 @1.20 Kg per Sqm. (b) APP modified water proofing memebrane as per IS 16540/16532-2017 mineral finish , 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.80 kg per Sqm reinforce polyster/HMHDPE matt black finish over compatible primer/bonding bitumen and finish the top surface with bituminus aluminium paint @0.10 Ltr per Sqm complete all as specified.

Roughning surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc & brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over a screed of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.
