Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing watertight form work to Sides of Column and similar work by using of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, struting and propping etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour Shear key connectors: Drilling holes in concrete of suitable diameter, providing and fixing 8 mm diameter High Yield Steel reinforcing bars at on the RCC surface at 300 mm c/c or as per site requirement. Shear keys shall be 75mm long with embedment length of 40mm and projecting out of the concrete surface with a horizontal bend of about 25mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size in thickness upto 100mm by providing and casting with ready to use non shrink, cementitious free flow micro-concrete having compressive strength > 60 N/sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99, including mixing, placing and leveling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or cementitious joints differences if any and curing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Mode of measurement: per KG of micro concrete. Make: Sika- SikaRep Microcrete 4/ Fosroc- Renderoc RG/Pidilite Dr Fixit Micro concrete or equivalent make approved by GE in writing from E-in-Cs Br approved list.
Grouting, injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout having following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F (ii) Compressive strength >= 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Tensile Modulus ~ 2000 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note:- leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Carefully chipping, removing existing loose/ damaged concrete with plaster from Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items by low impact high frequency hammer/ chipper without damaging the existing sound concrete and exposing old reinforcement upto 10mm beyond corroded reinforcement bars using electrically operated diamond concrete saw blade, making the edges straight and even and cleaning it by wire brush and then by air blower complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Cleaning all existing reinforcement bars in Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make entire circumference surface of bars free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc., complete and applying alkaline rust converting primer on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove the rust spalls, complete as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Mode of measurement : per sqm of breaking area of concrete only. Make: Sika- Rustoff 100/Fosroc- Reebaklens RR/ Pidilite Dr Fixit Rust Remover or equivalent make approved by GE in writing from E-in-Cs Br approved list.
Providing and application of Zinc rich epoxy anti-corrosive protective coating for reinforcement bars as corrosion protection system in 2 coats to the entire circumference surface of bars (consumption Qty as per manufacturers instructions but min 0.4 kg/Sqm approx) in Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1N/sqmm according to ASTM C 882-78 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Mode of measurement: per sqm of application area of concrete. Make: Sika- Friazinc R/ Fosroc- Nitozinc Primer/ Pidilite Dr Fixit Zinc Rich Primer or equivalent make approved by GE in writing from E-in-Cs Br approved list.
Apply SBR based bonding agent to the entire concrete surface prior to building up of concrete with Polymer modified mortar or any other treatment , including cleaning the surface to remove dirt, dust or any other impurities on the surface, etc. complete in Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour for cleaning of top roof surface by wire brushing, removing all dust, loose particle of concrete and washing with water and preparing the roof surface to receive screed/plastering , after preparing the surface applying 10mm thick screed/plastering in cement mortar (1:4) including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for applying one coat of solvent based/cold applied bituminous primer at the rate of 400 ml per sqm on cleaned & leveled screed/plastered surface of roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal enclosure box, 2 way without bus bars for fixing test point of lightening conductor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of maintenance free earth grid (grounding) interconnected two earth electrode of size 85 mm dia x 3 mtr long each. Metal conductor of electrode shall be Cu bounded MS strip of 50x6mm. Cu bounding of MS rod/strip should be min 250 microns. Earth electrode 85mm dia x 3 mtr long shall be placed in augured bore hole and embadding of interconnected strip shall be cast in high purity electrically conductive granuler material having ultra low resistive value of 0.001 Ohm-m. resulting in increase of the effective surface area of the earth grid to lower the earth resistance. Conductive earth enhancing material mixed with cement in the ratio 3:1 which should not leach chemicals into the adjacent soil or or underground water channels and should be in pH neutral range. Earth enhancing material should permanently protect the encased metal components of the earthing system, All hardware like nuts, bolts and washers should be of stainless steel. Electrode should withstand fault current upto 35 KA for 1 second. Electrodes top terminal be sealed permanently packed with conductive concrete and test link of Cu bonded MS/copper of size 50mm x 6mm x 200mm shall be taken out to connect the equipment. Test certificate of NABL laboratory shall be submitted by the contractor. Note :- (i) Test certificate of earthing material for fault current, rohhs compliance, resistivity value from NABL Certified/ CPRI lab is must and shall be submitted by the contractor and it has to be verified by GE. (iv) Earth testing arrangement at site should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for cutting of road/floor etc any type not exceeding 0.15m wide and exceeding 0.15 m but not exceeeding 0.3m in depth for taking out earth conductor, pipe and for relaying new upto required depth complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing wire of size 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe upto and including test point made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos- 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and earthing strip upto test point from top of earth plate i.e. minimum 7.5 metre shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
