First Year Maintainance of Plantation (4Km RSP) and 2nd Year Maintainance of Plantation (25Ha (CAMPA-CA)) at Kakati Range Duirng 2026-27

Last five years achieved at least in two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs Two Times of indent Amount

Audited balance sheet for last three years (i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) with IT returns statement.

Contractor should be registered as Forest Contractor in Karnataka Forest Department for the year 2025-26 / 2026-27

Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of not less than 30% of the Indent Value (Credit lines/letter of credit certificate from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

Satisfactorily completed at least 50% of this contract as a prime Contractor of Same works not less than Rs. 50% of Tender amount (Work Done Certificate is Issued by Deputy Conservator of Forests Only)

Tenderer should further demonstrate: Availability of owning the following Key and critical equipment for this work. GPS and other Survey instruments, Soil excavator such as Hitachi/JCB

Civil Contractor License of PWD for Civil works should be uploaded.
