Vailoo Gaddol Road Including Loher to Cheerward Road

Scarifying the existing Bituminious road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1 km (by mechanical means)

Providing and laying wet mix macadam (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required density as per specifications and incl cost and carriage of the material complete job complete.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade – VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications.On Bitumen surface @0.50kg/sqm

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS: 8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom. On W.B.M. /W.M.M. @ 0.4 Kg/sqm.

Providing and laying of 50 mm thick Bituminious Macadam using crushed Stone aggregate of quality size and grading as specified in CPWD specification and straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 3.5% by weight of total mix incl hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant transporting mixed material and laying with paver finisher to the required level and grade rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonnes capacity to achive the density incl Carriage all job Complete.

Providing and laying of 25mm thick Semi Dense asphaltic base Course using mineral aggregate satisfying the gradation set out in specification with 5% binder content by weight of total mix with the aid of hot mix plant and paver finisher incl rolling wit road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achive the required compaction and density 25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG- 10 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying of 6mm thick seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade 80/100 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all carriage complete job.

Supplying and filling of RBM/Khak Bajree/ quarry muck in berms/shoulder filling incl spreading, consolidation loading, unloading all complete jonb.
