Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 3150 KVA , 33/11 KV, 3 phase, 50 HZ, ONAN cooled oil immersed double wound with copper winding in mild steel tankas per IS -2026, outdoor type step down power transformer complete with first filling of IS: 335 ISI marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings / accessories and 17 position on load tap changer (OLTC) (tapping range +5% to -15% in steps of 1.25% each) with remote tap cubical changer (RTCC) panel & Automatic voltage regulator (AVR) with vector group dyn-11 including taking down of old existing (BER) power transformer from existing platform and deposited it at MES store yard as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Total Losses @50% Load (Kw) 4.0(Max.) (b) Total Losses @100% Load (Kw) 27.0(Max.) Any items leftout but which is required for proper functional point of view is deemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii). Routine test shall be conducted on transformers by the manufacturer as per 2026 (Part-I) 2011. In addition transformer tank shall also be tested against leakage and vacuum test in factory. (iii) The transformer manufactureer's in house testing lab must be NABL accredited as certain test results. (iv) Transformer drawing shall be got approved by Accepting Officer/representative before placing of order.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 25 KVA, step down, 11/.433KVA transformer, ONAN cooled oil immersed copper wound, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, plateform mounted, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tapings on HT side to vary secondary voltage up to ±7.5% with step ± 2.5% including suitable cable entry boxes on LT and bushings on HT side complete in all respects with standard accessories Dyn -11 connection of capacity 25 KVA including aking down of old existing (BER) service transformer from existing platform and deposited it at MES store yard complete all as specified and directed. Salient features of transformer are as under:- (a) Transformer shall be oil immerse, naturally self cooled cooper wound, winding core type, MS radiator cool tank compete with first fill of transformer oil plus 5% spare oil as per IS 335 of 1993. the temperature of oil shall not rise more than 40 degree centigrade and 45 degree centigrade of winding. Transformer shall be painted with 2 coats of epoxy paint as per IS-632. Transformer must have ratings of Energy efficient level-2 and energy conservation (Energy conservation Binary Corps) for which necessasry test certificate to be produced by contractor from manufacturer of the transformer and tested as per latest verision of IS codes IS 1180 (Part-I) : 2014 with 1,2,3 or latest amendment. (b) The following standard accessories shall also be provided :- (i) Rating and diagram plate (ii) Earthing terminals 2 Nos (iii) Lifting lugs (iv) Thermometer pocket (v) Air release hole with plug (vi) Tap changer with locking provision (vii) Conservator with oil indicator. (viii) C.I. Rollers with locking provision. (ix) Silica Gel breather complete. (x) MS terminal box on LT site. (xi) Oil temperature indicator with maximum & minimum temperature rise indicator. (xii) Plain breathing device which would not permit ingress of rain water and insects. (xiii) Drain-cum-sampling valve (3/4" nominal size thread) preferably steel with plug, (xiv) Oil filling hole (1-1/4" Nominal size thread) with cover (for transformers without conservator) (xv) Necessary channel on foundation for fixing the transformer with joint and stopper. (xvi) Transformer drawing shall be approved by Accepting Officer/representative before placing of order.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of Indoor type 33KV Control & Relay Panel shall be made out of CRCA sheet steel, duly powder coated, dust and vermin proof, floor mounted totally enclosed type cubical fitted with meters, relays and indicators etc. on its front side and having a hinged door at backside incl taking down old unsv control & relay oanel. The panel shall be provided with following accessories:- (a) Triple pole IDMTL Non directional Relay 3 element O/C (Setting 50-200%) and 1 Elements E/F (Sebtting 10-40%) - 1 Qty, (b) Differential Relay - 1 Qty (c) Single element High Speed Master Tripping Relay with inter-tripping arrangement - 1 Qty (d) DC operated Auxiliary Relay, 3 Element (30V DC) to function for transformer trouble Bucholz alarm and trip. Winding temperature alarm and trip. Earthing complete with copper plate 600X600X3.15mm thick electrod buried directly in ground vertically with its top edge not less than 2.25m below ground level.The earth plate shall be covered with 300mm thick mixture charcoal dust and salt all around below and top. The earth plate shall be connected to 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead with GI bolt nuts and washers strip shall be taken into and incl test point including 40mm dia light grade pipe galvanized 3m long and 30cm perforated at bottom and plugged with GI tubing at top complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I as directed incl taking down old unsv earthing. The rate includes material & labour for the following :- (i) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (ii) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 , reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87kg/Sqmtr.(iii) Funnel with watering pipe GI tubing 20mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed. (iv) 40 mm nominal bore med grade GI protection pipe 5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (v) Requisite quantity of common salt and characoal. (vi) The required resistance of Earthing shall not be found the contractor has to reorganised for required resistance and the cost for the same included in the quoted rate and no extra shall be paid on failure of getting required resistance.

Supply & Fix of copper strips 20x3.15 mm burried in an underground/ fixing along wall etc including with insulators, screw, saddle, incl dismantling and taking down unsv strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cable (heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm, 4 core 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , install , testing & commissioning of Current Transformer (CT) outdoor type , oil cooled oil impregnated , paper insulated, suitable for 33 KV supply system with netrual solidly grounded with intial filling of oil complete of ratio 200-100/5-5-5 Amp ,Output - 10VA , Accuracy class - 0.5/5P15 Partial discharge free as per as per IS 16227 (Part-2) and IEC 185 (1987) of following parameters complete all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in- Charge incl taking down old unsv CT. Note :- Current Transformer drawing shall be approved by Accepting Officer/representative before placing of order.

Supply , install , testing & commissioning of Potential Transformer (PT) outdoor type , single phase oil cooled oil impregnated , paper insulated, suitable for 33 KV supply system with netrual solidly grounded with intial filling of oil complete as per f ratio 200-100/5-5-5 Amp ,Output - 10VA , Accuracy class - 0.5/5P15 Partial discharge free as per as per IS 16227 (Part-3) of ratio 33 KV /root 3/110/ root 3/110/root3, class 0.5-3 , burden 50 VA-50VA, insulation level 70/170KV partial discharge free as per IEC 6100-4.4 for operation of differential relay, intial filling of transformer oil & making connection to epoxy cable box with 8 SWG copper wire covered with PVC sleeves including accessories incl taking down old unsv PT complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Potential Transformer drawing shall be approved by Accepting Officer/representative before placing of order.

Supply , fix & testing for GOD 33 KV 400 amp horizontal double break triple pole outdoor gand operated centre post rotating manually operated isolator having 12.5 KA (RMS) for 3 sec short circuit rating with 9 Nos 33 KV capacity and pin type post insulator with 320 mm cleavage distance and pedestal of height of 200 mm to maintain line earth clearage of 370 mm mechanically inter locked triple pole earthing with having independent manually oprated handle with proviosion of earth of GOD for safety during work in yard , with supporting structure of suitable channel , nuts & bolts etc incl taking down old unsv GOD, complete all as specified and directed.
