Scrapping of sand from river bed and banking the same by tractor mounted scrappers and giving shape for stability as per instruction of EIC with all lead and lift complete

Supply of empty gunny bags & filling the same with available sand / pebbles from the river bed, stitching the same at the site and transporting to required place & placing the same at required place of work as per instruction of EIC including all lead & lift

Collection of Amri plant at work site and planting the same on downstream & upstream by the side of Bandha as per instruction of EIC including all lead & lift.

Watch, Ward & Maintenance of Sand Bandha by engaging Labors for placing / removing wooden plants of regular, shaping the Bandha by available sand from time to time etc. as & when required including watch & ward of Bandha & Regulator structure in all the three shifts as per instruction of EIC in charge (Minimum 04 labor to be engaged in all the three shifts , i.e. 02 labor 1st shift, 01 labor 2nd shift, & 01 labor in 3rd / Night shift)

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Labor charges for steel work welded in built up section trusses & framed work including cutting, hosting , fixing in position etc. complete.

Carriage of steel including loading, unloading and stacking with 3 km lead.

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames,wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Second class teak wood

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses,string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills,fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shutteringand finishing :1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses,plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.
