Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Out Door Type weather-proof cubicle type Metering Kiosk made out of 2mm CRC sheet, suitable with Degree of Protection-IP 43 in accordance with IS-2147, floor mounting type,suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire 50 Hz AC supply system complete as per detailed specifications and drawing attached size for providing & fixing the following switch gears i/c making adequate space for incoming and outgoing cable termination and making inter connection with suitable size single core multi strand 16 Sqmm copper conductor cable, socketing, fabricating, fixing gaskets, louvers, painting with two coats of superior quality powder coated paints, locking arrangement, housing the kiosk on M.S. Channel /Angle iron frame, etc. complete as reqd. a) 63Amp. TPN SFU unit with HRC type Fuse in Sheet Steel Enclosure),(M/s, L & T / S.S BSNL approved make)-1 Set. b) Providing and fixing M.V. danger notice plate of 200 mm X 150 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.-- 1 No c) Space Provision for fixing 3 - Ph KWH meter of (WBSEDCL / EB Supply Authority-1 No.). d) Providing brick masonry work for fixing the metering Kiosk in suitable height in ground for grouting the M.S angel with sand, cement plaster, net cement etc. as required.

Note: 1 The top of pillar shall be fitted with a sloping canopy, the design of which shall be such that rain water shall not accumulate on the top. 2. Air ventilation arrangement shall be provided at all sides of the enclosure to facilitate air circulation 3.Proper support shall be provided for holding I/C& O/G cables. These, cable support arrangement shall be provided to take the load of the cable. 4.The supplier shall submit their own drawing for approval of the competent authority before manufacturing. 5. Unserviceble Dismantlled Materials is hand over to contractor 6.Providing neceessary Brick Massonry work for installation of KIOSK 7. Rearrangement of existing cabling work from KIOSK to BTS Room/Plant i/c making end termination 8. Providing 16 Sq Copper coductor Cable 4 mtr for meter inter connection

Supplying of 1 no. XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armaoured cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 4x16 Sqmm etc. complete as required.

Laying of one no. XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armaoured cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 4x16 Sqmm in the following manners

Direct in ground i/c excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. complete as required

Direct in ground i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required

On surface of wall/cable tray with the help of clamps etc. complete as required.

Hanging in air etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing following type of painted with powder coating perforated MS cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with MS suspenders including bolts and nuts, painting suspenders etc. as required

a) 100 mm width x 50 mm depth x 1.6 mm thickness

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

a) 4 X 16 sq. mm

Providing and fixing 25mmx5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. complete as required. (Note: The metering kiosk will be earthed with the exixting earth connection available at site)
