Pump Room Building (Size 7.95 x 3.70 x 3.65 M) Design, drawing and construction of Pump Room Building covering design for permissible seismic effects (size 7.95 m x 3.70 m , height 3.65 mtr) with mass concrete in foundation, brick walls and RCC roofings along with insulated floor mating, painting & writings, electric fittings, steel girders, drainage, Plumbing, sanitation and water supply including attached toilet with septic tank and soakage pit.

RAPID SAND FILTERATION PLANT (Capacity 5000 GPH) Design, drawing,fabrication,construction, instalation and commissioning of 5000 GPH capacity Rapid Sand Gravity Filter Plant under (Turn Key bases) using stainless steel grade SS 304 all welded wedge wire screen pipe as per IS 8110 internal part of screen pipe lateral should be duly assembled with HDPE/PVC base pipe duly perforated covered & screen should not have any circumferential or longitudinal joints in screen section. The screen opening should be 200 to 300 microns to faclitate the direct retention of filter media and must be designed to suit filtrate rate upto 4.8m^3/hr/m^2 of bed area. The under-drain system should be equipped separate air back wash system for each lateral. The filter bed should have central and side channel in RCC/MS for smooth traveling of backwash water/The Water Treatment Plant consisting of static mixture, Flocculation of tank, chemical dosing system for PAC/Alum, multi-grade gravity filter with best quality filter charging materials including all fittings like valve and other special fittings, filter feed pump, Mcc, cabling, cost of providing and applying epoxy paint on the exposed equipment , including necessary testing and commissioning and trial run for 2 (two) years.

Design, Drawing, Construction and commissioning of treated RCC clear water storage tank of 10000 Gallons capcity in M-25 concrete mix (Spherical Shape) Incl all type of carriages with leads and lifts (Clear storage Ht. 3.50 Mtr.) & provision for manhole covering, Steel stairs, possible measuring gauge, inlet, outlet , overflow and wash out pipes (100 mm dia) complete Job have to be executed as CPHEEO norms/BIS Specifications on turn key basis.

Storage Tanks (Cap 20000 Gallons) Design , Drawing , construction and comissioning of RCC 20,000 Glns capacity Sump Tank/GSR/ collection Tank in M-30 concrete mix (Spherical Shape) Incl all type of carriages with leads and lifts (Clear storage Ht. 3.60 Mtr.) & provision for manhole covering, Steel stairs, possible measuring gauge, inlet, outlet , overlflow and wash out pipes (100 mm dia) complete Job on turn key basis.

Mechanical Works:

Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of 02 Nos. HC pumps of parameters 5000 GPH x 250 mtr head of reputed make (Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves, mather plantt) preferbly low speed prime movers with automation and provision of standby manual starter, the suction and delivery lines should be of MS pipe of standard make, 01 No. voltage stablizer 200 KVA (ISI Marked make) alongwith and creation/erection 100 KVA (Level 2) eletcric sub-staion from existing HT source to proposed site complete with allied works, the electric items should be of finolex, gloster, havel, L & T make at filtrtaion plant site Chai Dabri.

Providing , Installation, testing and commissioning of 02 Nos. HC pumps of parametres 5000 GPH x 150 mtr head (Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves, mather plantt)with automation and provision of standby manual starter, the suction and delivery lines should be of MS pipe of standard make, 01 No. voltage stablizer 100 KVA(make ) alongwith cereation/ erection 100 kva eletcric sub-staion (Level-2) from existing HT source to proposed site complete with allied works the electric items should be of finolex, gloster, havel, L & T make at proposed pumping station site Sodam

Providing installation, testing and commissioning of 02 Nos. control panels for 50 HP HC motors at Filtration Plant Samotha and 01 No. Submersible pump of parameter 3000 GPH x 100 mtr head with fully automatic control panel at dug-well Samotha. (KSB/ Clama/ Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves or any other reputed make)

Providing installation, testing and commissioning of 01 No. HC pump set of parameter 5000 GPH x 280 mtr head (Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves, mather plantt or any other reputed make)at dug-well Chai with fully automtion and provision of standby manual starter, the suction and delivery lines should be of MS pipe of standard make with allied materials.

Storage Tanks (Capacity 10000 Gallons) Design , Drawing , construction and comissioning of RCC 10,000 Glns capacity Sump Tank/GSR/ collection Tank spherical shape (ht. 3.50 mtr excl. free board) with dome shaped roof covering , provision & fixing of manhole covering, Steel Stairs, measuring gauge including inlet ,outlet, overflow and wash out G.I. pipes (80 mm dia) embeded in cement concrete along with allied works complete in all respects with M-25 concrete mix

Pipe works :Providing, Laying & fitting of G.I pipes( Prakas Surya, Jindal or any other reputed brand make) for Rising main and Distribution system including clearance of site, earth work in excavation as per perscribed trenches and available classfiications of soil complete with cost & fixing of all required fittings / specials/ Gate Valves/Sluivce Valves/ Check Valves (ISI marked branded make like Kirloskar/ AMCO/L&T make) along with allied accessories, Construction of required valve pits/mainfolds, Making connections & Interconnections, fabrication /welding of joints weherever required, cutting/ crossing of roads / berm surfaces, lanes and drains including restoration of same after laying of pipes .Refilling of earth back in trenches including disposal of surplus earth/mulba to designated place and carriages of all sorts complete with testing & commissioning (complete Job/rm).

Compound Wall: Design, drawing, providing and construction of Compound wall (covering seismic effects) around the pheriphery of the station (avg. covering area 600 sqm), Development of Pumping station inclusive drainage of overflowing water & catchment, outer Illumination by Halogen Lights (minium 4 to 6 Nos), erection of sign board & levelling of ground / land scaping and plantings with provision of Rain Water Conservation depending on site conditions at Spots.
