Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix including all quoins pillar ashlars masonry and removal complete all as specified& directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as in item 02, but except bricks

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm gradded stone agg )as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, drain channels, copings,parapets copings, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with water proofing admixture (ISI marked), finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : - (i) Supply only water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) The rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to included in item for plaster works any type of Bldgs for married/OTM accn , stores etc including any height and width shall be made good by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : The rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to included in item for plaster works any type of Bldgs for married/OTM accn , stores etc including any height and width shall be made good by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked). Make : Pidilite (Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW) or equivalent of Fosroc / Sika / STP

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces in Camouflague pattern or plain or pattern as decided by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to included in item for painting any type of Bldgs for married/OTM accn , stores, all type fencing/Gates including any height and width shall be made good by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty of approved tint complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-renforced) in ground floor and paving. not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removal of rubbish material complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and all as specified.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Vetrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and over 15mm thick cement screeding in CM 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick coloured (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles colored 300x300x7mm thick in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloure cement and over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying prepolished cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape heavy duty , set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over screed bed 15mm thick 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D -2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises

M&L Vetrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n exceeding 0.36, in vertical surfaces as skirting and dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles and over 10 mm thick rendring in cm 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

M&L Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Semi-corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition Mud in roofs, any thicknes,any material including plastering ,brick bats, existing tretement and cleaning (whether full thickness removed or only or part there of) etc in all respect and preparing it for further treatment and taking out and disposal of debris & rubbish to a distance exc 1 Km but not exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete in type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, laid to (consolidated thickness 65mm or less) as leveling course, laid and compacted in min slope 1:30 over roof complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L screed laid 15mm thick in CM 1:4 as in roof over green concrete surface finished even and smooth using Lequid WPC complete all as specified. Note :-Lequid WPC will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for apply acrylic based waterproofing, flexible, liquid applied, single component, weather resistant, acrylic waterproofing membrane for all types of exposed roof slabs (new and old), terraces (sloped and flat), ultra voilet rays and jet reflecting system having following key performance properties:- 1. Acrylic polymer dispersion single component liquid applied system sika cool coat not less than 650 micron (1.2mm system built up), contains Cross-linking polymers, Special Glass micro fibers, pigments and advanced antifungal additive taht provides long lasting tough water proofing membrane conforms to: IS101, IS 2645, EN 1542, ASTM D 5589, ASTM D 5590, ASTM C-1202-08, ASTM D 4587, ASTM C 836, ASTM E1980, EN-673, EN 410. It should have solid content - 66% (by weight), VOC<10 gm/1 complies to Green building standards and should meet the properties of Adhesion Strength on cement after 14 days curing 1.5N/mm2 as per EN E1542, tensile strength 1.5 MPa as per ASTM D 41, crack bridging properties 3.2mm as per ASTM C-836, water absorption (% by mass) < 10% as per ASTM D570, solar reflectance index not less than 100 (5%) (low wind to high wind condition), elongation at break (%) 200% as per ASTM D 412, algae & fungal resistance as per ASTM D- shore a hardness 45 after 1 month and should pass accelerated weathering, 500 hours 5590, any cracking, & 100% gloss retention as per ASTM D 4587. 2. Fully reinforced with glass fiber reinforced sika fab 1. 3. The roofing system should be compatible with bitumen system : Providing and applying primer over the prepared surface with sika cool coat primer @ coverage: 0.1-0.12 kg/m2. first coat: Sika cool coat consumption @ 0.5 kg/m2. Reinforcement: sika Fab 1. second coat: sika cool coat consumption @ 0.5kg/m2. Third coat: sika Coolcat, consumption@ 0.5kg/m2 and Top coat: Sika coolcoat primer, consumption @0.05-.08kg/m2 all as per specification & direction of the Engr-in-Charge. Note: Contractor may use equivalent chemicals of equivalent makes from the latest approved list of E-in-C's Branch as approved by GE.

Demolition/Removal of existing RCC water tank including cover (Capacity not exc. 1000 Ltr) placed on roof of the Bldgs/Quarters including removal of their staging/platform complete all as directed. Note : (i) Tank/staging shall be taken down after demolition in small pieces. (ii) Demolition shall be carried out carefully without damaging roof treatment. (iii) Roof treatment came out/damaged during demolition shall be made good with same specification without any extra cost. (iv) Small trees/Plantation near the tank shall be uprooted and roof treatment shall be made good.

M & L for brick work placed on roof of the Bldgs/Quarters for water tank plarform with brick work sub class 'B' bricks (OLD SIZE BRICKS straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I

Supply and fixing 1000 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I

Supply and fixing Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 15/20mm dia (minimum weight 142/210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position

M&L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 Complete all as specified

M&L painting to new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromic primer including preparation of surfaces.

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soils(or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15mm steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store

S&F steel tubing medium grade 15mm bore with all fittings fixed complete to walls /ceilings and or laid in floor all as specified.
