Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F Anodised aluminium snap grid of size 605 x 605mm frame work for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L 12mm thick Gypsum board in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, ramp etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L 100mm thick PCC1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement in flooring, ramp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall,etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on stone surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortor 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of stone masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for prepration of new plastered wall surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of Plastic emulsion paint over a priming paints plaster coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over Chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, prepara-tory to distempering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zine coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strenght 550 Mpa in roof coverings fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of Old plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The fixing of Galvalume roof sheet used as sun-shades & in walls at certain places in repair to be fixed by done of grooves cutting are inlcuding in the cost of item itself. No extra shall be paid for the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws iincluding dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for point wiring for explosive atmosphere with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated unsheathed single core (FRLS) cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn through and including ERW rigid stove enameled steel conduit of suitable size but not less than 19mm dia with and including bends, elbow, couplings & GI Saddle clips etc (duly approved/tested by CMRI), fixed with and including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core (FRLS) cable with stranded copper conductor for continuous earth for following :- (Note :- Flame proof junction box shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of the schedule)

M&L flame proof MCB DB SPN 4 way double door complete prewired including Bus Bar etc suitable for operation on 240 volt 50 Hz AC supply including necessary provision for inserting the DBs in wall by cutting the brick/stone masonary etc and making good of distrubed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F repair 25 mm bore GI tubing "light garde "in treches on pole for protection of cables complete all as specified & directed by Enginner-in charge.

M&L for road cutting for passing of HT/LT cable inside GI pipe of suitable size complete digging after laying of pipe line / cable making good the surface complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-charge .

Taking down of old unserviceable cable of 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down of old LT Panel of any capapcity of descrption complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old GI Pipe of any size/any makecomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT FP box (CPRI Approved) outdoor type 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire supply Padastal mounted double door center opening with lockng arrangement, factory assembled,CPRI approved, weather and vermin proof (protection class IP-54) canopy on top, outer door made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for individual hinged type door for MCCBs, powder coated and supported on 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick MS rubber beading, complete to accommodate including the following:-

Taking up or down carefully steel water tubing and connection from any place including cleaning for refixing or to be issued as Sch of Credit of following sizes:-

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling & mass concrete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old u/s Sluice valve of any size

Supply and fix Sluice valve PN-1.6 with gun metal spindle and wedge nut ISI maked (IS-14846:2000) complete with iron wheel & fittings and accessories of following sizes:- Note:- Rate includes neccesary arrangements and cutting the pipe of required dimension with attachments for fitting the sluice valve.

(a) 80 mm bore.

(b) 100 mm bore.

Construction of valve chamber of size 90 x 90 x 100 cm (internal dimensions) with the following specifications :-

(i) 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation concrete. (ii) PCC solid block masonry 200mm thick using grade C-5 block in CM 1:6. (iii) Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even and fair. (iv) PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping.
