Design and Construction of RCC head weir of 27.50 mtr long along with G.I crates on Kalam khad within all leads and lift as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.( Data Sheet No.1)
Fencing work around all the civil works such as , MBRs, SRs etc. one metre high fencing over brick masonery 1.80 mtr high ISA 50x50x5 mm post @ 1.50 mtr centre to centre including with nine horizontal lines and two diagonal of Galvanised mild steel barbed wire confirming to IS:278-1962-type-1, weighting 9.38 Kg/100mtr minimum strained and fixed to post with proper fastening arrangement. The ISA post shall be embeded 450 mm deep in C:C 1:2:4 with proper fastening arrangement protected with using suitable primer and anti corrosive paint level difference at different points shall be suitabily taken care so as to look asthetically good including cost of excavation foundation concrete and providing and fixing M.S. Gate of suitable size where required complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.( Refer to Technical specification volume-II and Data sheet No.14)

Design and construction, Testing and commissioning of Water Treatment Plant 2.76MLD for 24 hrs run:- Design, Construction, Installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plant 2.76 MLD based on Rapid sand filter including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per contour plan and structural requirements, cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khud/natural drainage, all types of valves, fittings and all contingent works at kalam khad(Location) capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/O Inlet chambers, Raw water tank, Cascade Aerator,parshall flume, PST With tube settler, flash mixer, Clariflocculator, Rapid Sand Filter, back wash tank, clear water tank, Alum & Lime solution Tanks, chlorine contact tanks and complete mixing arrangement and boundary wall with fencing Panels, drainage channel, interconnecting path (Minimum 1.20 metre wide) chemical house, chemical handling and feeding arrangements, Plant building comprising with office, (100sqmt. plinth area). Providing and fixing of lightening arrangements (LED) lights made in the boundry unit of plant area, Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper walk way for Inspection/ operation of various units or any other unit or structure required to make plant fully functional. Sizes shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant Codes and specifications. All the hydraulic stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC M30 design shall be carried out as per Data sheet No.3 & volume II of technical specifications. All the structure shall be designed for uplift pressure encountred at footing as per contour plan uploaded, suitable protection structure shall be designed and provided to avoid direct entry of HFL water within treatment premises. On the completion of all civil, mechanical and electrical works, the contractor shall test and run the plant for 3 months and thereafter carry operation and maintenance of the plant for 5 years. Design and Construction of Pump House cum Chowkidar quarter having 114.71 Sqmt Plinth area and 5.10 Mtrs. height complete in all respect. The pump house shall be aesthetically designed (to be approved by the competent authority). The work shall include all internal and external electrical wiring, water supply and sanitary fitting, painting and distempering, precast terrazo tile flooring, wooden frames and panelled & glazed shutter for doors & window and other allied items. The doors & window shall be in double shutters and M.S grills for window and internal wiring shall be in PVC conduit. All work shall be conforming to relevent IS code and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge. ( Data Sheet No.2)
Providing , Construction, and fabrication & errection of steel truss pipe Xing of different spans as per proper design & drawing along the route of Rising main 250 mm Dia MSERW pipe filled with water with the provision of welded, bolted steel work in built up section, trusses and framed work including applying a priming coat of red lead paint, cutting hoisting and fixing in position etc. complete in all respect . The work shall also include the cost of R.C.C. abtments in M-30 Concrete mix i/c excavation in all kinds of soil, well designed bearings cost of all other materials/ accessories as required for C/O crossing with in all lads and lifts. The design and drawings shall be prepeared by the contractor and got approved from the competent authority before xecution of work. Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as spade work,pick work,jumper work, blasting work, chieselling work, Kankar, mooram singles including decomposed in soft/hard work,chieselling/ wedging out of hard and soft rocks where blasting is prohibited, in saturated soil including bailing out the watering, by cutting in slopes where ever required, and stacking the excavated materials not more than 3.00 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundtion and sides of trenches and above the laid pipes etc. consolidating in each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil in all leads and lifts. After disposal, the surface shall be neatly dressed and levelled and shoring to its original shape complete in all respect, including all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction of Engieer-in-Charge.(Pick work = 50% Jumper Work = 50%). Restoration of metalled surface to its original condition shall be paid for separately.

The pump should be fitted with bronze impeller or suitable alloys suitable for handling Raw water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP of reputed make conforming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. AUTOMATION OF ENTIRE SYSTEM : The tenderer/firm shall provide proposal for automation which comprises of (i) 1 Intake arrangement (ii) 1 Nos Pump houses (iii) 1 Nos Over Main Balancing Reservoir (iv) 9 Nos Under ground Storage Reservoirs/Collection tanks (vi) Providing and fixing various actuated valves of relevent class and dia as per relevant Data Sheet and technical specification shall be provided in all storage reservoirs at outlets and shall be automated in such a way that these are automattically operated at pre fixed hours/ time or any other logic decided by the department and operated from main SCADA centre at left Bank of Hobardi Khad Pump house. Electromagnetic flow meters of approved makes shall be provided at each storage reservoir outlets and its output in the shape of total quantum of water delivered in a hour day and month shall be generated at main control station. GSM based devices shall be installed at each tank location, which shall send massages through SCADA station at remote access location at sub division office Chowari. This data transmission system at each tank consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals to data transfer module. This module will have a communication to web data transfer system modle communication. The PLC station will have control station with programmable graphic process, mimics, real time and historical trending face plate and group display, alarm management and report with Laser Jet printers and required furniture. At each tank locations controlling devices shall be installed with water meter sensors, flow transmitters, level transmitters in each tank. Installation of hardware along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. The firm has to submit detailed automation proposal incorporating all the hardware involved owing to above mentioned scope in the technical bid. The detailed automation proposal shall be got approved by the firm from CE Dharamshala . Firm has to incorporate all the inputs and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA. The makes of Sluice valves shall be Kirloskar/Leader/KSB. The makes for Electrical actuators for automatic valves shall be Marsh/Auma/Rotex. The make for PLC shall be Siemens/Allen Bradly. The makes for Ultra Sonic level sensers shall be ABB/Siemens/E&H/Fobes Marshal. U.V. based distinfection system of WTP alongwith closeous chloringation at MBR:- Supplying,errection and commissioning of gaseous chlorination plant at Main Storage Tank above Village Talata. complete in all respect having chlorinator capable to deliver 0-2500 gm/hr of chlorine gas along with 2 No sets of 1W+1S Booster pump set of approved make with electric motor and 2 No sets of 1W+1S water piping from water main to booster pump . Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches of mild steel electrically resistance welded steel flanged pipes with 5% flanged joints and remaining 95% with butt welding including cost of bends complete conforming to ISO:IS:3183-2007 with upto date ammendments as per dimensions weight and test pressure mentioned below in a random length of 4m-7m, The M.S. flanges are to be provided 5% of total joints as per table below conforming to IS: 6392-1971 (latest upto date amendments) and welding of flanges with pipes as per IS: 816-1965 with a electrode as per IS: 814-1967 including required Nos. and size of M.S. nut and bolts as per IS: 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fiber jointing gaskets sheet not less than 3mm thick as per IS: 2712-1965. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Overlikon/over cord s/s make. The damaged portion of the pipe and all specials (if damaged during laying and jointing operation of pipe) made from the parent tube shall be provided anti corrosive treatment by applying two coats of anti corrosive bituminous paints over a priming coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. The rates also include entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaningand hydraulic testing DP testof butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts ( Data Sheet No.8)

Providing and welding M.S. flanges at 5% joint flanged, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with up to date amendments) with plain end MSERW pipe /GI pipe by two layers on outer faces and one layers on inner face to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of MSERW /GI pipes and butt welded joint to be measured and paid for separately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS: 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364 including cost of gasket sheet nuts & bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet not less then 3.00mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts.
