Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead : Thickness above 10 mm up to 25 mm

Painting (one or more coats) with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick.

Providing wood work in frames of doors & fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Second class teak wood

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood plain lining tongued and grooved, including wooden plugs complete with necessary screws and priming coat on unexposed surface. 12 mm thick

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

French spirit polishing : Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler

Providing and fixing bright finished brass butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete : 125x85x5.5 mm (heavy type)

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete : 200x10 mm

Providing and fixing chromium plated brass handles with necessary screws etc. complete: 125 mm
