INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply and Fix modular TV Co-Axial socket, 1 module all as per Cat No. 5734 25 of Legrand or techno commercially equivalent of other specified makes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix modular Telephone socket RJ 11 with shutter, 1 module all as per Cat No. 5734 26 of Legrand or techno commercially equivalent of other specified makes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Miniature circuit breaker (MCB) Four pole (FP) 63 amps, 10 KA, ‘C’ curve, 415 volts, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Miniature circuit breaker (MCB) Four pole (FP) 40 amps, 10 KA, ‘C’ curve, 415 volts, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Single Pole and Neutral, modular type, double door, metallic distribution board 6-Way, conforming to IEC 61439-3 and IS 8623 suitable for flush / surface mounting with provision for DP RCCB / RCBO / Isolator / MCB as incomer and SP MCBs as outgoing, reversible metal door, 100 A copper busbar, fully shrouded neutral bar, earth bar, wire set & cable ties for cable management, pre fitted masking sheet, etc. having IK 09 & IP 43 protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note: DP RCCB / RCBO / Isolator / MCB & SP MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix 20 Watts surface/wall mounted LED batten capable of delivering 2000 lumen, having PC diffuser, independent isolated SMPS based constant current electronic LED driver with THD < 10%, surge voltage protection and other safety tests as per IS 15885 (Part-2/Sec-13): 2012, polycarbonate diffuser, housed in powder coated white extruded aluminium channel housing, white coloured ABS end caps, IP 20 protection, input voltage range 140- 270 V, input frequency 50- 60 Hz including electrical connection with 3 core flexible copper conductor cable of appropriate size from ceiling rose to the fixture complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Aesthetically designed 34W 2x2 LED flat panel for surface mounting which provides soft-light and glare free symmetrical illumination with required accessories complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix 5 Watts LED lamp with lamp holder complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Dummy (Blanking) Plate for MCB DB complete all as specified.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing factory made, prewired Vertical type distribution board, (MCCB DB) TPN, 8 way, having degree of protection IP 43 with metal double door, 415 Volts, flush type made out of CRCA sheet metal, duly powder coated and conforming to IS 8623 with 250 Amps rated copper bus bar, with common neutral link earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs, terminal connectors for all incoming and outgoing circuits, duly prewired with adequate size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor upto the terminal connector/ neutral link, earthing etc as required complete concealed and fixed flush to wall and making good the disturbed surfaces etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MCCBs, MCB TPN and MCB SP will be measured and paid separately.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Construction of valve chamber of internal size 1000 x 1000 x 900mm including necessary earth work excavation, 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation with 100mm offset, 200mm thick PCC solid block masonry walls built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 for internal surfaces and external plaster up to a depth of 15cm below GL, including provision of 3.0mm thick MS sheet cover, double door, welded to 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm MS angle frame fixed with hold fasts in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, 20mm x 6mm flat iron hinges with locking arrangement including lock sixty five mm, brass and keys(Godrej/Shell), MS handles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in any kind of soil /soft disintegrated rock and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply install commission and test outdoor floor mounted cubical type LT panel board factory fabricated made out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick including enclosed bus bar chamber with aluminium bus bar 800 amps complete and painting with 2 coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer .The LT panel shall be consisting of the following :-

Supply and fix FRP pole box of size 200 x 181 x 98mm with all accessories complete with connector and MCB SP 6 Amps for street light. etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply install commission and test outdoor floor mounted cubical type LT panel board factory fabricated made out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick including enclosed busbar chamber with aluminum bus bar 400 Amps complete and painting with 2 coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer including with 160 Amps MCCB as incomer 4 pole 415 volts thermal magnetic setting type, 35Ka breaking capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Three phase timer switch 3P module, 24 hours program, programmable every 15min, back up of 100 hrs, current capacity 16A, with 1 changeover (1CO)to be fixed in LT panel for street control. Make : Indo Asian Cat part No.TA926453 or techno commercially equivalent of other specified makes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable route indicator Oval shape 200x150x6mm cast iron fixed on 25x25xx6mm angle iron including marking of "LT MES CABLE" duly painted and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, lay/ spread in trenches riddled sand for cushioning of cable to the full width of excavated trench, 8cm thick before laying cable and 15cm thick above the cable, gently punned down after stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness will only be considered for payment.

COOLING APPLIANCES

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Refrigerator of capacity 310/311 litres or next higher capacity available, electric driven, single phase, 230 volt AC, 50 Hz, Frost free, Energy Efficient BEE 5 Star rated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizers for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and design for input variation between 160 volts to 275 volts with out put voltage stabilizer at 230 volts with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 1.0 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

EARTHING

Material and labour for earthing using GI wire as earthing lead complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground, earth pit not les than 2.25meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron 4mm dia wire as earthing by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 and connected to earthing test point including excavation, earthwork, PCC pit, CI covers, funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, GI Protection pipe, etc., and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing using GI strip as earthing lead complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level, normal with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate connected to a galvanised earth strip 32 x 6 mm earth strip as earthing lead protected by GI Pipe light grade of 50 mm dia and connecting to main panel by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including excavation, earthwork, PCC pit , CI covers, funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.
