Attending to blockage of WHB, WC, sinks, urinals, floor, Nahani traps, gully trap, vertical CI pipe/PVC pipes of any dia, taking out (desludge) silt, brick bats, debris, liquid waste sludge in solid semi-solid state from manholes including pumping the flow in the drain if necessary plugging, diverting the flow in the drain if necessary and stacking the removed slit away from the edges of manholes as directed including use of gas mask, safety belts, dry cell torch for lighting inside the manholes and taking precautionary measures and removing the sludge outside MD land and leaving the manholes cleaned and flushed with water, spreading bleaching powder on the silt removed etc including taking out and refixing the manholes covers etc in any depth and Removing of blockage in sewage lines in any length and systematically cleaning the same using necessary tools, mechanically and /or manually such as passing rope knots/ bamboo/ wire/kandi rotary cleaner, disc of required size by 09 (Nine) unskilled labour (safaisathi) per day including Sunday & holiday in one shift i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note- The detailment of 9 nos of safaisathi is as under:- (i) AGE B/R Santacruz, Santacruz Area - 2 Nos (ii) AGE B/R Santacruz, Vikhroli Area - 2 Nos (iii) AGE B/R Santacruz, Ghatkopar Area - 1 Nos (iv) AGE B/R Malad, Malad/Marve Area - 2 Nos (v) AGE B/R Malad, Kandivli Area - 2 Nos
Note: :- (i) The Safaisathi employed must wear the uniform with name plate with name of contractor, under whom he is working. The amount of Rs 1000/- for each area will be recovered in case of Non-wearing the uniform with name plate. (ii) Common mobile phone, rain coat and gum boot to be provided to the duty person by the contractor in all the locations. Expenditure incurred in this aspect is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor (iii) Responsibility of contractor to provide reliever and no additional cost shall be claimed by the contractor. The rates quoted are deemed to be inclusive of the pay and allowances of the reliever (iv) Insurance cover for employees is must and if the sole responsibility of the contractor. Documentary evidence shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-charge
Material and labour for cleaning of septic tank (250 users) (hume pipe / masonry), by opening cover, pumping out liquid sludge/waste materials, taking out sludge, night soil etc and taking off the waste outside MD land as per BMC rules and placing the existing cover in original position, making good the joints and taking all precautionary and safety measures such as gas mask, use of safety belt and cell torch for lighting inside septic tank, including spreading bleaching powder on the silt removed to avoid bad smell complete all as directed.
All as per item No. 2 described here-in-before but capacity of septic tank 150 users complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains, benching, haunching etc. complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for manhole / drain covers etc., set in cement mortar 1:6 and finishing the exposed faces even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of existing unserviceable RCC covers and removing debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.
Material and labour Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick plaster on brick or concrete surface of walls in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
