3.2(b) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five financial years i.e.,2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26 b) Satisfactorily completion as prime contractor, at least one similar work (to an extent of 50% of the contract value), such as CC Pavement Road work/ Asphalt Road work of value not less than Rs. 40.00 Lakhs.

As per this note, each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments / machinery for execution of the work. However as per Govt. circular No.GO-FD/AE/263/EXP12-2022/D: 11-05-2022, this clause for owning key equipments for works costing upto Rs. 3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machinery for various activities involved in construction as per MORTH Specification 1) Hot Mix with plant (minimum capacity of 40/60 TPH) 2) Mechanical Paver Finisher 3) Vehicle Mounted (tank) Mechanical sprayer 4) Vibrator Road Roller 5) Pug mill (Suitable Capacity) 6) Tippers 7) A-Jox/CC Mixer 8) Water Tanker 9) Plate Vibrators 10) Pin Vibrators 11) Centering Materials
Assessed Tender Capacity shall be more than the Tendered Amount
3.2(a) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five financial years i.e.,2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26 a) Achieved in at least two financial years an Average Annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 80.00 Lakhs, (as per Go-PW/60/CRM-2021 Dt:- 8-11-2021) With UDIN Number is Madatory
3.3(b)Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 24.00 Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)
The EMD of Rs.1,60,000.00 shall be paid in full through e-payment or in two parts i.e,Part(1)Rs. 50,000.00 by e-payment part (2)1,10,000.00 in the form of BG to be upload.
