Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil/sandy loam, clay or sand including lift upto 1.5 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or upto the space and sides of the foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 meter from the foundation trenches.

Dismantling brick work cement mortar including stacking of materials as directed by Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 M.

Breaking Brick 20 mm to 40 mm size excludin cost of brick including cost of all material , labour & T.&P. etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying coarse sand in filter below stone lining and in foundation including cost of all material ,labour and T&P etc. required.

Providing and laying 1:3:6 in floor with cement, coarse sand of FM. More than 2.2 and 20 to 40 mm brick ballast available at site obtained from dismantled brick masonry including cost of all material, labour and T.&P. required.

Providing and laying 1:3:6 below wall with cement, coarse sand of FM. Moore than 2.2 and 25 to 50 mm stone ballast including cost of all material, labour and T.&P. required.

R.C.R. stone masonry in 1:4 in with cement , coarse sand of F.M. more than 2.2 and cut stone khanda 25xx22.5x15 cm size including cost of all material , labour and T.&P. etc required.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved make such as super snowcem, Durroocem, robiecem, Guttu cem, Super cem quality and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) over one coat of white cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials.

Supplying and fixing of 150 mm H.D.P.E. Pipe for outlet including cost of all labour, material and T & P, required for proper completion of work.

Earthwork in filling with all type of soil including all lead and lift with transported soil with lead upto 1.00 Km. manual compaction, levelling and dressing complete in all respects with carriage

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.
