Disconnect the electric line from the motor and keep the cable by covering with protective device.

Making of barricade and scafolding arround the existing plateform with bamboo/pipe railing on any accident.

De-coupling the motor side coupling and open out the motor from its own position and keep its safe side.

Dismantling the motor base plate and padestal from its own position and keep it safe side.

Dismantle the line shaft by removing the guide channel, plummer blocks, couplings, bolts etc.

Dismantle the pump assembly from the pump casing.

Scaling the main incoming & delivery line with necessary scaling materials or blank flange by engaging divers.

Dismantle the complete pump assembly such as impeller shaft coupling bearing bushes etc. part by part.

Mfg. & supply of G.M. bushes including maching complete as per sample and perfect match.

Fitting fixing of G.M. bushes by engaging hydroulic press and others accessories.

Mfg. supply of G.M. gland with machining complete as per sample.

Dynamic balancing of the impeller at the rated motor speed with the including cost of materials and labours.

Manufacturing, supply and fitting fixing of jam nuts match with impeller shaft as per sample.

Mfg. supply of key made from EN-24 materials match with driving shaft key way & C.I. coupling key way etc.

Supply , fiiting , fixing of spl type nuts, bolts, washer, gasket,packing ,o-ring etc. to replace the old & broken studs as required.

Remetalizing of the damaged portion of the impeller shaft by metalizing, machining , grinding etc. including straightening & balabcing as required to make it perfectly fit.

Repairing of worn out portion of pump bearing housing by metalizing as per direction of EIC.

Remetalizing of the damaged portion of the impeller by metalizing, machining, grinding etc.

Complete re-fitting the pump with bearing, bearing housing, impeller shaft, impeller jam nut and all newly supplied accessories.

Lowering the pump units in its own casing by engaging necessary tools & tackles.

Fitting fixing of C.I. coupling with pump shaft by necessary means.

Complete assembly of the whole pump unit consisting of coupling line shaft, bearings, plumer block base plate, motor pedestal etc.

Necessary erection & fitting fixing of beam structure pump and motor floor by actual line & level of the existing position including supply of necessary materials.

Removng the sealing materials from the delivery channel of the pump unit including blank flange etc as per direction of EIC.

Commissioning the motor on the pedastal & coupled the motor on pedastal & coupled the motor side coupling & pump side coupling & connect the electric line and trail run unload and load.

Transportation charge the whole unit with loading and unloading -2 way from pumping station to work shop and work shop to pumping station for necessary works.
