Taking down cement plaster on brick wall/concrete surfaces in any position such as wall, ceiling, chajjas etc., including taking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removal of small shrubs grown over roofs, walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) mixed with water proofing compound at a rate of 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers Instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement in external walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- WPC will be measured and paid seperately

Supply only integral water proofing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint including curing over one coat of alkali resistant primer on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Internal surface of wall M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down of extisting plastered surface of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
