Lifting and taking out complete submersible pump set 33 HP along with any size of column pipes with the help of chain pulley block from borewell after disconnecting electrical & water connections with safety precaution from panel, disconnecting from suction and delivery pipe lines, disconnecting column pipes, examine electric cable to ensure its actual condition and jointing the cable, re-assembling and lowering pump with column pipe & motor into bore well complete, connecting, testing and commissioning along with connected items such as mild steel column pipe with nylon rope, cable, re-fixing with new nuts & bolts, rubber packing for smooth functioning inclusive in unit quoted rates, with proper alignment and making electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of spare parts of 33 hp pumpset are as under :-

Replacement of motor thrust plate.

Replacement of counter thrust ring

Replacement of cir clip for thrust plate.

Replacement of motor thrust bearing.

Replacement of motor upper and lower housing bush.

Replacement of gun metal bowl body bush.

Replacement of lower body bush.

Replacement of Stainless steel sleeves for pump.

M&L for rewinding 33 HP motor with PVC insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge and size including all other winding material such as leatheriest paper, tapes, sleeves etc and suitable size bearing, if required including and testing complete for smooth functioning and satisfied by Engineer-in-Charge & reassembling and re-fixing with true alignment and testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Transportation of submersible pump set capacity 33 HP from pump house to workshop for carry out necessary repair work and transporting it back to site of water supply installation.

Transportation of submersible pump set capacity 40 HP from pump house to workshop for carry out necessary repair work and transporting it back to site of water supply installation.

Replacement of motor thrust plate.

Replacement of counter thrust ring

Replacement of cir clip for thrust plate.

Replacement of motor thrust bearing.

Replacement of Stainless steel sleeves for rotor.

Replacement of motor upper and lower housing bush.

Replacement of Stainless steel sleeves for pump.

M&L for rewinding 40 HP motor with PVC insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge and size including all other winding material such as leatheriest paper, tapes, sleeves etc and suitable size bearing, if required including and testing complete for smooth functioning and satisfied by Engineer-in-Charge & reassembling and re-fixing with true alignment and testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for replacement jointing the submersible cable by means of jointing material & making the leak proof jointing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT (i) Rate quoted by the Tenderer for this schedule should not be less than rate assessed by the department shown on estimated rate column for the respective items. (ii) The quoted rate sum will be arrived after deducting amount of Schedule of credit from the total amount of the BoQ.
