Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation grass bushes, shrub. saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut eariler and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of servicesable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per technical specification clause.

Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and lift 2 m in sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth etc., as per SS 20 A to including laying and spreading in layers of 250 mm loose thick each, sectioning, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100& compaction at optimum moisture content as determined in occurrence with IS 2720 (Part VII) including finishing the surface to the required camber and longitudinal profile including all leads for water and hire & fuel charges roller, water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete as per MOST 301 -305.

Providing and laying 75 mm compacting thick WBM Gr.II using 1 cum of 75 mm to 22.4 mm IRC metal and 0.24 cum of Gravel for blindage 10 sqm. Of 75 mm compacted thick (the blindage material shall have PI value less than 6%) Including cost and conveyance of all material from approved quarry to worksite and stacking to departmental metric gauge for pre – measurement as directed by the departmental officers including labour charges for spreading metal and gravel hand packing to proper camber and grade line blinding with required quantity of gravel forming edge bunds watering with all leads for good water slurring rolling and consolidation by power roller and finishing as per MORT & H 404 including hire and fuel charges for power roller and water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed there for and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying Premix Carpet with Seal Coat Type -A to 20mm thick using 0.18cum of 13.2mm, 0.09 cum of 11.20mm and 0.09cum of 6.70mm with 24.40 Kgs of VG 30 Bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete Using PAVER MACHINE.
