Supply and applying of acrylic based waterproofing and heat reflecting system having following key performance properties: 1. Acrylic polymer dispersion single component liquid applied system. 2. Fully reinforced with glass fiber reinforced sika Fab or Equivalent The installation company of roofing system should be trained and authorized by Manufacturer & installation to be carried out as per manufactures approved method statement. All auxiliary & accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacture as a part of system. Any component used which is not manufacturer by the roofing manufacturer can only be used with official approval from manufacturer. Application system :- (a) Providing and Applying Primer Coat primer over the prepared surface with Sika® CoolCoat Primer or Equivalent Consumption @0.2-0.3 kg/m² (b) First coat: sika coolcoat or or Equivalent / Consumption @ 0.75 kg/m² (c) Fiber Reinforcement Make Sika or Equivalent (d)Second coat: sika coolcoat or Equivalent / Consumption @ 0.75 kg/m³ (e) Top Coat Sika® CoolCoat Primer or Equivalent Consumption @0.05-0.08 kg/m²

M & L Water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation and as specified herein below and as directed:- (a) Taking down existing old tarfelt if found at site, bituminous compound, old plaster including cleaning, picking, sweeping and washing down with water and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm & removing debris to a distance exc 100m & n.exc. 250m. (b) 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound (to be measured seperately) as per manufacturer instructions finished even & smooth. (c) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 300 ml per sqm conforming IS-3384 (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction. (f) One coat of aluminium paint over the APP based membrane @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm

M&L for treatment of sunken floor slab comprising of the following specifications with and including demolition of PCC in sunken portion/ floors including removal of the debris outside the MOD land and complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Demolition of PCC in sunken portion /floors and Cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. Provision of 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including S& f in repair 40 mm dia , 450 mm long medium grade spout pipe and cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for the same. (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces at bottom and sides up to floor level with 15 mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and including integral water proofing compound Sika Plastocreat plus or equivalent in list of makes as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed including filling it with water to check dampness and seppage and where dampness / seppage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI/PVC pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty Sikaguard 694 F(I) or equivalent in list of makes as by GE. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating with Sika Topseal 107 or in list of makes as as approved by GE in two coats @ 3kg/sqm to sandwiched with glass fibre reinforcemnt: Sika Fab-1 or equivalent in list of makes as approved by GE over base coat as per mnaufacturer's instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion. (vi) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (vii) The sunken floor shall be filled with lean concrete 1:5:10, type E2 (40 mm graded aggregate) Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing and all M&L is inclued in the rates quoted above.

Taking down soil/waste/vent and rain water pipes including all fittings of any size and pattern in any position complete all as specified and directed.
