Providing and fixing fly proof powder coated Stainless steel black colour wire gauze (Mesh) to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauze (Mesh) with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.20 to 0.25 mm including removing of old Nylon window mesh etc. all complete.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1stquality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Dismantling and refixing european type/ wash down type W.C. Pan of all sizes including required materials for refixing and disposal of unserviceble dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Taking out existing wooden/ PVC door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 75 mm width and minimum 35 mm thick granite stone edge rounded and polished fixed at door as door beat fixing with epoxy adhesive (Araldite) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as per directed.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type (European type/ wash down type) water closet pan.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete.
