11 KV Pilfer resistant metering cubicle for 3 Phase 4 wire metering system made of MS sheet steel thickness not less than 2mm duly power coat painted suitable for indoor as well as outdoor as per the site requiremnet. The cubicle shall be painted through 7-tank process. The external dimensions hsould be adequate. Pannel having two compartments-upper meter compartment and lower CT/PT compartment, provided with synthetic or semisynthetic gasket firmly glued to the surface, dust, weather & vermin proof and shall comply degree of protection as per IP65. Both the chambers having one sided hinged door arrangements. The metering panel shall be provided with two no. MS channels of size 100*50 mm on the front and rear sides duly welded and 4 No. of lifting hooks. It should be possible to take meter reading manually, through CMRI and computer without opening the LV Chamber

Single Phase, Single Core, epoxy resin cast Current Transformers suitable for 11 KV copper wound primary type with rated burden 5VA and accuracy class 0.5 or better and confirming to IS2705 (Part I&II) aamended upto date. ISF shall be upto 5. The CT ratio shall be as under: i. 2.5/5 for 25 KVA DT ii. 5/5 for 63 KVA DT iii. 7.5/5 for 100 KVA DT iv. 15/5 for 200 KVA DT v. 20/5 for 250 KVA DT vi. 25/5 for 400 KVA DT vii. 50/5 for 630 KVA DT viii. 75/5 for 1 MVA DT

11 KV/110V three phase epoxy resin cast PT with rated burden 15 VA per phase and accuracy class 0.5 or better and confirming to IS3156 (Part I&II) amended upto date with proper colour coded identification. PTs shall be of uniform insulating and withstand separate source 23 KV pf for one minute.

Bus bar details: CTs bus bar: 40*6 mm copper strip or adequate site PTs bus bar: copper wire 8 SWG or 30*0.6 mm copper flat strip to connect PT terminal or adequate size duly insulated by the monoplast tape.

PVC Copper wire flexible multi-strand of required size for secondary connections for CT wiring the minimum wire size shall be 4 sq.mm (RYB) and for PT wiring minimum wire size shall be 2.5 sq.mm (RYB)

Copper Lugs preferably ring type duly crimpled for termination of wires and tapes

Grounding bus of minimum 40 mm copper, 25 cm long fixed to the unit in HV chamber. The CTs, PT meter and 11 KV Cable sheath shall be grounded to the bus through grounding wire (green) of min size 10 sq.mm

Independent flexible PVC pipes for CT wiring and PT wiring of appropriate size from HT compartment to meter compartment

Pedestal made out of MS channel of size 75*40 mm or angle iron of size 65*65*5 mm duly painted as per site requirements for mounting of metering panel including concrete forundation whereever required including cost of nuts and bolts

3 Core 11 KV Aluminium cable XLPE armoured 35 sq.mm including cost of clamp for its fixing whereever required

Cable termination kits suitable for 3 x 35 mm2 XLPE Cable (indoor/outdoor)

Earthing by wayof 40 mm GI Pipe earthing . Job includes , excavation, enhancement materail and Main Hole Chamber (500x450x600) with frame and cover.
