M&L for removing tree, plants from roots,from roof and wall of buildings and pouring suitable chemical as directed to avoid regrowth of tree, plants , shrubs and making good the surface with PCC 1:2:4 , type B-1, or cement plaster of suitable thickness in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and required at site including removing grass/shrubs from sides of tree/plant .

M&L repairs to broken edges of roof projection ,chajja, facia and simillars works any girth with 15 mm thick plaster including dubbing coat in CM 1:3 up to 4th storey buildings including scaffolding , jhoollas complete all as specified and making good as per existing specifications.

Complete removing of existing treatment surface of concrete surface any description over 30cm width or girth and applying two coat of water based road marking paint over one coat primer , complete all as specified .
