Construction of CC road and drain leading to the house of Shri Hinchlal son of the late Parsottam in Om Nagar Colony

Earth work in embankment in moorum mixed/black cotton soil. Excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.5 m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming & dressing the surface to raquired level and slope and also i/c 1.5m lift and 30m lead Upto 8 Km

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth sheel roller to achive the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,

Construction of Drain & Brick Boxing Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Cement concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 1:4:8 including supply of all material, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per SI No. 281

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and sand of 1.25 fineness modulous mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour T&P ect required for proper completion of the work as per SI No 305

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:3 cement and sand of 1.25 fineness modulus) over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as SI No. 582

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintel of doors nad windows excluding its fixing and binding the same with 24b.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centring and shuttreing etc. and also including supply of all material required for proper completion of the work. binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost. as per Item no. 284a

Mild Steel or iron in plain work such as in reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in overall rates) wroght to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage. Bend hooks and authorized iverlapping shall be measured.
