Withdrawing of the existing India MK-II hand pump set with all accessories alongwith installed submersible solar pump-motor set including HDPE delivery line part by part by engaging skilled manpower with hiring of required tool-tackles, necessary mobilsation charges all complete as per direction of EIC.

Washing, undergoing chemical treatment and developing tube well with air compressor and diesel engine etc. for 4 (four) hours continuous pumping with necessary arrangements by supplying of disinfectant including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as required to complete the job upto entire satisfaction of EIC.

Supply, delivery at site solar Panel based DC Submersible pumping machinery (Preferably with stainless steel fabricated components), SPV of 300 Watt peak with solar cable & cable connector kit, Controller, Overload protection, Dry run protection, Auto Restart facility, Float switch with water level sensors, software for start-up of motors, making necessary connections with supplying G.I.Controller box including maintenance of entire installations for 5 years as per direction of the EIC. i) Submersible pump having shutoff Head 120 m (max) with water output-5000 ltr/day from a total dynamic head of 90 mtrs coupled with 1 H.P. Brassless DC motor with efficency more than 90%, Vmax 102V, operating voltage 72-96 V, Rpm 2300 to 2450. ii) Maximum installation depth 60 mtr. iii) Pump outlet size 25-32 mm. Pump Controller contains DCMCB, Backup Diode having MPPT Technology, inbuilt data logger with wireless access, multiple analog & digital inputs and outputs, Auto restart and IP54 protection. (Make: As per MNRE approved vendor list)

SPV of 300 Watt peak capacity in mono/poly crystalline Silicon cell in necessary series / parallel connection of modules for obtaining necessary voltage and current to run the pumping machinery having annual solar irradiation 5-5.5 kWh/m2/day power output measured as per S.T.C, Efficiency minimum 14% and fill factor more than 70%. SPV as per guideline of MNRE, IEC 61215, 61730 Part I & II. Terminal box on the module interconnected with 4 sq. mm two core copper cable for obtaining DC Power, provision for replacing damaged cable as if when required. Modules containg standard name plates as per standard.

1.1 KV grade 3 core 2.5 mm2 Cu flat submersible cable as per IS-694. (Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. PHE/IV/2277/W-181/19 dated 25.09.2019 with latest amendments.) Cable for motor.

Painting of the existing steel structure after cleaning and preparation of surface by emery paper and providing two coat of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer all complete as per direction of E.I.C. including washing of 5000 ltr. water tank & pipe line washing for three days.

Supply, delivery, fitting and fixing of Special GI fabricated water chamber as per specification over and above the third plate of the hand pump as per drawing including all fitting materials as per direction of EIC

Lowering & re-installation of IM-II set along with delivery pipe line, other parts as necessary and as per direction of EIC.
