Placing the flower pots at various places from the stock point and arranging them in decorative manner etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes labour and handing charges of flower pots from stock point to various locations near rampart and various specified locations etc., complete

Conveying the flower pots and GI Pipes from marina to Secretariat and stacking them at places shown by the departmental officers etc., The rate includes loading, unloading, conveyance charges, labour charges for stacking and all other incidental charges etc. The flower pots are to removed after the function is over.

Labour charges for fixing GI Pipes and tying colour flags including drilling holes in the road etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of material, drilling holes, labour charges, loading, unloading, conveyances charges and all other incidential charges etc., The same is to be removed after the function is over.

Supplying the balloons and filling the balloons with hydrogen gas and let to fly of balloons of tri colour [white deep saffron & green] etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of balloons and gas, filling charges and all other incidental charges etc., The same has to be removed after the function is over.

Repainting the walls with one coat of first quality exterior emulsion paint of approved colour including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty, paint wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers (The colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use).

Repainting the old iron works with one coat of SEP of approved quality and colour including scraping using brushes neat finishing etc., complete complying with std. specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Collecting the scattered debris from the campus and conveying them to out side through lorry with a lead of 3km entirely with in city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low-lying places and leveling neatly etc., complete.

Clearing and leveling the site with JCP by breaking the clods, filling pot holes & gullies , cleaning the rubbish and trimming the trees, fine dressing the soil etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes hire charges for machinery, cost of fuel, operational charges and all other incidental charges etc,.
