Material and labour for Providing and fixing aluminium work with Polyester powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conformikng to IS:733 and IS :1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth , rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including aluminium cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- (i) Weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by GE and payment shall be made only after ascertaining the actual weight of aluminium at site. (ii) The rate of material and labour for providing the EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass / stainless steel screws are included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) During considering the weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading , the weight of EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws shall not be considered for measurments and payments. Only the weight of the aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles, aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading shall be considered and measurment and payment shall be made accourdingly. (iv) During the weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading ,the weight of polyester powder coating 50 micron shall not be considered for weight but the rate of material and labour for providing polyester powder coating 50 micron is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (v) Glazing /Paneling and wire mesh shall be measured and paid seperately. (v)The board shall be duly countersigned by GE shall enclosed with Final Bill .

Supply and Fixing factory made anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55 kg/metre including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handle 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc drawing and size as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing powder coated Anodised aluminium with minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micorn window and ventilator shutter, glazed side/top hung type without sash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, luminum snap beading screws, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stay 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B-21 100mm long ( 2 Nos), suitable size handle ( 1No) drawing and size as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Supply & fixing aluminium (Extruded section body) body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No 3, universal type suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000mm in width and weight between 61 to 80 Kg, ISI marked complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixedcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Supply and fixing in repair Mortice lock 4 levers , vertical type, size 100 mm alumunium , etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Sheet glass, 5mm thick Black tinted glass selected quality as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour 4mm thick aluminium composite panel of polyethylene core 0.5mm skin thick each face any colour as directed, fixing as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing GI powder coated frame work 605mm x 605 mm for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20mm and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre and duly suspended with 4mm GI wire hangers (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made of GI flat 40mm x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long including providing 600mm x 600mm x 10mm-12mm thick ceiling mineral fibre board in grid fixed in false ceiling grid including taking down old ceiling with cover fillets as per above specifications complete all as specified and as dirercted by Engineer-in-charge.Note: The rate of ceiling mineral fibre board size 600mm x 600mm x 10mm-12mm thick is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. Note: Old unservicable material shall be deposited in th yard of concerned AGE B/R of GE (N) Bathinda.

Supply and fixing hollow PVC Lining consisting 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on with and including PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
