Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of silent built in within an acoustic enclosure diesel engine driven generating set water cooled including customized AMF panel for standby power supply 415 volts, 03 Phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles/sec, 125 KVA (100.0 KW) at 0.8 power factor perfectly suitable for outdoor mounting (open to air) at an altitude of 1900.0 Mtr above MSL (Mean Sea Level) & suitable for starting at a temperature of - 3 degree C complete with alternator directly coupled to diesel engine, mounted on common base frame & complete with self starter, fuel tank capacity not less than 08 hours fuel requirement & battery as per OEM, battery leads, sound proof canopy, cold starting kit (L3 Kit in case of KOEL) or techno-commercially equivalent etc. & confirming to latest CPCB norms with features for automatic shutdown in the event of a circuit failure condition arising from low lube oil pressure, high engine temperature, over/under speed etc. with & including Microprocessor based genset controller with the following undermentioned features & all as specified & as directed :

The size/rating of all the connected accessories viz. Contactors, relays, timers, bus-bars, connecting cables etc. of the AMF Panel shall be as per OEM & in conformity with the I/C & O/G MCCBs duly provided with bypass system/arrangement complete.

IMPORTANT NOTES : (i) Design/drawing/BOM of the AMF panel & DG SET showing the dimensions is to be obtained from DG SET/Panel board manufacturer/Auth supplier & is to be got approved from Engr-in-charge & GE before placing final order to the manufacturer. (ii) The electrical connection of digital Multi Functional Meter in the AMF panel is to be done from load side so that monitoring of various parameters viz. Voltage, Current, KW, KVA, power factor, frequency etc. can be done for both SEB mains & DG mains. (iii) The cost of periodical/routine servicing including minor repairs/replacement such as topping up of coolant, engine/lube oil, diesel as well as lube-oil filters including periodical checking of the complete DG set & AMF panel for the complete defect liability period from the authorized Service Dealer as & when required/due is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iv) The complete installation, commissioning & testing of the DG Set & AMF Panel is to be got done from the OEM or their auth Rep/Sister Concern/Channel Partners only. (v) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working of the DG Set & AMF Panel is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (vi) Necessary PCC foundation/plinth shall be as per the recommendations of OEM & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (vii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 Hrs test run at site as specified in the PS in presence of rep of Accepting Officer, all testing arrangements / equipments, resistive load including POL shall be made available by the contractor. (viii) The approximate distance between the DG Set & the AMF Panel shall be within 20 Mtrs & the cost of control cabling etc. from DG Set to the AMF Panel is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (ix) The DG Set & AMF Panel shall be completely suitable for switching ON the DG Set whenever EB Supply goes OFF & transfer the load to DG & vice-versa in the event of resumption of EB Supply.

M & L for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr (B.G.L.) and connected to copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron including PCC pit & cover with suitable handle, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm dia med grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with suitable funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm bore medium grade galvanized steel tubing for drawing earth lead GI strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR Part 1 and testing on completion incl taking down old unsv earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge at no extra cost.

S & F 20 x 3 mm copper strip as earth continuity conductor incl connection complete with the help of chromium plated washers, nuts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip as earth continuity conductor incl connection complete with the help of chromium plated washers, nuts etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade on walls, floors under ducts/culverts, trenches etc., for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and as directed. Make : TATA/JINDAL/PRAKASH. NOTE : Whereever GI Ptotection pipes are to be fixed on walls/floors etc. then clamping has to be done for every 1.0 Mtr & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

Supply, laying/fixing & testing of LT UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 120 sq mm, 3.5 core in trenches/walls/floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Make : HAVELLS/POLYCAB/GLOSTER NOTE : Whereever LT UG Cables are to be fixed on walls/floors etc. then clamping has to be done for every 1.0 Mtr & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

M & L for mild steel work for posts, purlines, rufter etc. incl. necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc. & similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in platform / floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall etc., fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Make : TATA/JSW

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for shifting of BER DG Set of any size/type from Gorkha Hill Pump House to MT Yard of GE DSSC using Hydra/Crane/JCB etc. incl making good the disturbed/damaged surfaces etc. (if any) complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, install, commissioning & testing of LT control panel board "indoor type" of size 1200 mm (height) x 1200 mm (breadth) x 500 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions) factory fabricated CPRI approved (type-tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-43 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & Aluminium bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming ACB/MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 2.0 mm thick (for outer portions) & 1.6 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame & MC channel base suitable for 3 Ph, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade incl complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 sqmm copper wire incl cable glands of suitable sizes incl suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation , necessary earthwork (if any) complete all as specified & as directed with & incl the following accessories : [EB Distribution Panel]

BUS-BAR & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS : The bus-bars shall be made up of 04 Nos high grade Aluminium 800 A rated, duly insulated with 1100 V grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves & rigidly mounted on suitable sized "F" class insulators of non-hygroscopic, non-combustible, all internal connections from main bus-bars to switch gears etc. PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY : The provision for cable entry/exit shall be provided in the bottom for both incoming & out-going cables with the help of glands matching the existing LT cable sizes. INCOMING : (a) MCCB 4P (Ics = 100% Icu) with microprocessor release, adjustable short circuit & adjustable overload setting, suitable for isolation, inbuilt instantaneous protection, having breaking capacity 50 KA & of rating 320 to 800 A - 01 Nos. Make : L & T, Cat No : CM96111OOOOX1 or techno-commercially equivalent of LEGRAND/SIEMENS. (b) Onload changeover switch, open-execution modular construction type, confirming to IS/IEC 60947-3, rated current 800 Amps, 415 Volts, 4 Pole, AC 23A - 01 No. Make : L & T, Cat No : CO58000OOOO or techno-commercially equivalent in ABB/ Siemens.

Supply, install, commissioning & testing of LT control panel board "indoor type" of size 900 mm (height) x 900 mm (breadth) x 500 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions) factory fabricated CPRI approved (type-tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-43 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & Aluminium bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming ACB/MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 2.0 mm thick (for outer portions) & 1.6 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame etc. suitable for 3 Ph, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade incl complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 sqmm copper wire incl cable glands of suitable sizes fixed flush to wall/other surface incl necessary fixing arrangements & making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified & as directed with & incl the following accessories : [DG Distribution Panel]

(d) Time switch 415 Volts, 3 Phase of 20 Amps rating with Contactor complete . Make : L&T, Cat No (AUTS02DIG00- timer, CS94190-contactor) or techno-commercially eqvt of Legrand /Siemens. (e) MCB SPN "C" series having breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 40 Amps - 02 Nos. Make : L&T/Legrand /Siemens. (f) MCB TPN "C" series having breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 06 to 32 Amps - 01 No. Make : L&T /Legrand /Siemens. INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEM : (a) Indicator lamp with integral circuit (230/240V) & cluster LED (Red, Orange, Blue) - 01 Set. (ii) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) The cost of taking down old unsv LT Panel boards of any size/type etc. from existing location & keeping in safe custody for re-use or for taking Sch of Credit incl making good the disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.
