Dismantling of ceiling fans AC single phase 230 volts of sizes 1200mm/1400mm (collected from MES fan store) any make / model except old vintage including dismantling its stator,rotor, cutting out burnt copper winding and providing new winding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size including cleaning of slots providing oil impregnated insulation paper or minimax, fibre, insulation in slots and well wraping with cotton tape, bind with cotton thread and varnishing over all with winding varnish as approved by Engineer - In - Charge including cleaning of bearing housing and shaft, replacing spares such as split pins, blade screws etc as required and deposited to MES store after testing complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No.1 above but for exhaust fan of size 400/450mm sweep AC single phase 230/240 volts complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No.1 above but for exhaust fan of size 300/380mm sweep AC single phase 230/240 volts complete all as specified and directed

S&F condenser carrier clip (PVC) in build connector two way fixed with screw on down rod or housing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan from fan hook and disconnecting from ceiling rose to ascertain the servecebility of the fan and dismantling of Fan parts i.e. down rod and connector/condenser nut bolts, split pins, rubber bush (garari) condenser carrier clip (PVC) in build connector two way complete, servicing by cleaning/ greasing/oiling before in side surface by CTC with sand paper and repair and re-fitted the same in the same position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: - unserveciable parts replaced with new one shall be measured and paid separately .

Taking down exhaust fan of any type and disconnection from ceiling rose and dismantling its parts i.e connector/condenser nut bolts, condenser carrier clip (PVC) in build connector two way complete servicing by cleaning greasing/oiling before in side surface by CTC with sand paper and repair and re - fitted the same in the same position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: - unserveciable parts replaced with new one shall be measured and paid separately .

Supply and fix in replacement for down rod of ceiling fans of size 300 mm long & 19 mm outer dia with holes on both ends of the rod for connection wire duly painted with synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repacement for down rod of ceiling fans of size 600 mm long &19 mm outer dia with holes on both ends of the rod for connection wire duly painted with synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of exhaust fan blade suitable for 450 mm/380mm sweep duly painted complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of exhaust fan blade suitable for 300 mm/230 mm sweep duly painted complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of fan blade suitable for 1200mm sweep of ceiling fan complete similar to original make with new screws complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.23 above but fan blade suitable for 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of outer frame suitable for 450 mm /380 mm sweep exhaust fans complete with clamps, rubber packing, nut bolts etc & all accessories duly painted complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of outer frame suitable for 230/300 mm sweep exhaust fans complete with clamps, rubber packing, nut bolts etc & all accessories duly painted complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for painting of ceiling fan (of any size sweep) with one coats of synthatic enamel paint after surface preparation including writing/making of MES No. with paint (size of letters not less than 2.0 CM high and not more than 15 alphabets as approved colour ) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for painting of exhaust fan of 230/250mm sweep with two coats of synthatic enamel paint after surface preparation complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in replacement five stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type 300 watt 240 Volt on the existing phenolic laminated sheet 50hz AC complete all as specified and directed. Make - Anchor/Cona/SSK/Kinjal/Plaza or as equivalent approved by the GE .

Dismantling of cabin fan of any sweep and overhauling complete by means of cleaning of stator, oiling & greasing including replacement of nut and bolt etc and reassembling the same and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cabin fan of any sweep and rewinding the stator with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size including greasing, oiling ,cleaning of all components of fan and reassembling the same & testing & commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable bearing shaft welding broken area and threading in lathemachine at appropriate size and refixing in ceiling fan of any type complete all as specified and directed.
