COMPREHENSIVE MAINT (DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS) UNDER AGE B/R LUDHIANA

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall/stone tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing broken tiles and rubbish off the premises from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing 15mm bore steel water tubing and connections,including clreaning for refixing or removal, fixed/laid in any situation, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing 20mm bore steel water tubing and connections,including clreaning for refixing or removal, fixed/laid in any situation, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any size, thickness, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250 Litres but not exceeding 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from tanks of capacity exceeding 250 Litres but not exceeding 500 litres, including writing letters as CLEANED ON Month and year by using synthetic enamel paint (height of each letter not less than 5 cm) as affected, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.
