Supply & installation in repair, testing and commissioning of feeder pillar board Kiosk type ,LT(415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3-phase, 4 wire supply) floor mounted , factory assembled, outdoor type weather and vermin proof (Protection Class IP-54) made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick MS Sheet CRCA with front hinged opening, rubber lining, locking arrangement ,powder coated externally and internally after seven tanks treatment and lifting channel, fully compartmentalized design complete Bus Bar chamber comprising 4 Nos aluminium strip bus bars air insulated and PVC sheathed capacity 400 Amps with colour coding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of 170/160 Watt LED Flood light with pressure die cast aluminium housing & toughened glass with IP-66 degree protection, individual LED's must have peanut lenses for better throw across & along the road with luminarie efficacy of greater than 110 lumen/Watt (Minimum lumen output of luminarie should be 16500 Lumens) color rendering (CRI) of > 75 and co-related color temperature (CCT) of 5700K (+ 500K), The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF > 0.95, and total harmonic distortion of THD < 10%, voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. Luminarie should have top maintainable driver compartment for easy access to driver during maintenance. The driver used must be a constant current driver with efficiency of > 85%. The manufactures LOGO must be embossed/Engraved in the housing of the luminarie. Manufactures to provide LM80 from source manufacturer and should have adequate testing facilities approved by ministry of science (Govt of India) to provide LM 79 report complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Bracket for street light fitting made of 40mm bore light grade GI tube bent to shape required, Sutable for fixing on pole including fixed with bolts, nuts, washers duly painting the bracket with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including taking down the existing bracket and refixing and connecting up the light fitting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and and not exceeding 1.5m depth in Hard/ Dense soil and getting out soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, with excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

River sand in trenches including spreading for cushioning of LT UG cable complete all as specified and as dirceted by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Punned down thickness shall be measured and paid .

Burnt brick sub class B for cable protection laid adjacent to each other perpendicular to the direction of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 3.5 core x 70 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Provision of suitable double crimpped lugs and glands deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Replacement of automatic timer switch pole mounted enclosure consisting of ON/OFF switch based on LUX level, power contactor 40 Amps, 4 pole, MCB 40 Amps, TP - 03 Nos, enclosure made of rust proof, shock proof, conforming to IP -54 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Kakatiya/Healer/Bajaj. Note: (i) Inlet/outlet connecting cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor 6 Sqmm, 4 single core for incoming & outgoing up to 8 Mtr deemed to be included in the unit rate. (ii) Provn of glands and lugs shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking down carefully Unserviceable Street liight/Security light/High Mast light fittings from pole/Structure and repair/replacement of worn out parts such as Driver,cleaning of fittings,cover,copper wire,clamps ,nuts and bolts, mounting bracket and re assembling the same after repair,testing and refixing on pole/other location including provision of necessery T & P like ladder/Boom Vehicle, tools ets as required for taking down and refixing of street light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Replacement of defective spare parts of fitting (to make functional ) will be measured and paid separately as supply only. However, cost of replacement screws, nuts, bolts, and cleaning of fittings shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Replacement of existing unserviceable driver for LED energy saving & enviornment area light fitting > 90 watts security light with active power factor correction (APFC) electronic driver. LED driver 90 Watt with operating voltage between 100-270 V of existing specifications & make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable driver for LED energy saving & enviornment area light fitting > 48 watts security light with active power factor correction (APFC) electronic driver. LED driver 60 Watt with operating voltage between 100-270 V of existing specifications & make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged poles erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6mm thick mild steel base plate(300mmx300mm), welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws. Poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II Type 410 SP-31, 9mtr long including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bitumenous paint internally and portion embedded in concrete, making five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300mm wide alternately upto the height of 1.5 m and marking pole No. with black paint at suitable height including making two nos holes of suitable size in steel tubular pole by gas welding for passing PVC cable connection from junction box to security lights through pole where junction box to be fitted in pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Excavation, Earth Work and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking down existing old PCC/Steel poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Damaged poles shall be removed from the site as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

PCC, M-10, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc including necessary form work and finishing the surface of PCC above ground level with cement mortar 1:4, 5mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC, M-7.5,type D-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregrate in foundation, mass concrate) as in foundation of poles& stay etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Domolition of PCC of any type and removing material from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of Galvanised iron steel tubes, ISI marked light grade of size 40 mm bore for cable protection along the poles under road, under drains, laid in trenches/fixed on walls/poles with suitable clamps bolts nuts etc including taking down of old unserviceble pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) any size on poles, stretched on LT poles without any kink and bends of various sizes complete including fixing to insulator with Aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Replacement of MS Channel/angle iron/flat iron of required size and bend to shape as cross arms, bracing and support including, MS clamps back plates with bolts, nuts, and washers drilled for insulators including painting with two coats of synthetic enemel paint (Aluminium shade) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning the existing exposed surfaces of steel tubular pole of 9.0 mtr long including cross arms, brackets, clamps etc and painting with two coats of aluminium paint marking five black & white bands at lower portion of pole, each 300 mm wide alternately and marking pole No. with yellow paint on black base at suitable height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the existing exposed surfaces of steel tubular/PCC pole of 11.0 mtr long including cross arms, brackets, clamps etc and painting with two coats of aluminium paint marking five black & white bands at lower portion of pole, each 300 mm wide alternately and marking pole No. with yellow paint on black base at suitable height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Weather proof street light junction box of size 300 x 200 x 105mm including MCB SP 6 Amps and connecting terminals 4 way and fixing with street light poles using necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts washers, lugs for incoming and out going cables, gland for cable etc of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The rates quoted are inclusive of provision and fixing of suitable lugs and glands for cable connection. Make : Hensel/Sintex/Universal Switch Gear control
