M & L for non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of existing tiles, mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 450 x 300 mm or 600 x 300 mm or as directed by Engineer-in-charge) on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing tiles, cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over & including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc (any thickness) including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed
