Supply, installation,Testing and commissioning of 30 Watt LED street light luminaire with highly efficient mid power LED's with pressure die cast alluminium housing, refractor and enclosed with toughtened glass. specification as per technical data sheet. Make should be Phillips/GE/Halonix/Havells/bajaj/C.G.. LED street light fitting will be installed on existing pole after removing old existing fitting as required.

Make should be Phillips/GE/Halonix/Havells/Bajaj/C.G.. LED street light fitting will be installed on existing pole as required.

Supply, installation,Testing and commissioning of 25 Watt LED post top lantern street/park light fitting (vertical mounting) with alluminium /polycarbonate diffuser, IP65 as per cat no. HLPT-06-25-CW(Halonix) and BLPTSP 25W NW LED (bajaj) including making hole in pole to draw the wires upto the fittings. Make should be Phillips/Halonix/Havells/C.G/Bajaj or equivalent.

Supply of exhaust fan (metal)of following size sweep, single phase, 900 RPM, 230 V , AC, 50 Hz including all accessories such as frame, wings, capacitor, louvers/shutters/wiremesh etc complete in all respect as required. (Exhaust fan should be USHA / havels/ Bajaj / Crompton Greaves make or equivalent) 300 mm

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc as required. Upto 450 mm sweep

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. All the wires should be multistrand, ISI marked, Kalinga/Fenolex/KEI/Polycab/ Havells make or equivalent. 3 x 1.5 sq. mm

Supply of following size of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed , aluminum conductor armoured cable I.S.I. marked of 1.1 KV grade as required. All the cables should be multistrand, ISI marked, Kalinga/Fenolex/KEI/Polycab/ Havells make or equivalent.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and embedding following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required. 40 mm dia

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required 50 mm dia

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted).

Supplying of 50 mm dia G.I. pipe B class (medium) with complete in all respect as required.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc as required.

In grating, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates, and similar works. (Item required for brackets for mounting street light fittings on pole)

Extra for using G.I. pipe, in place of M.S. section as required.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in brick

Supply and fixing side hinged hot pressed moulded SMC junction box with proper locking bolt door and base fitted with 4 way, TSB-4 with stainless steel nut & bolts dully fitted in sintex or equivalent make box as per model no.GSJB-2014 with the provision for incoming and outgoing cables with two nos. plastic glands(PG-21) of IP 65 protection. the inside dia of box should be 200x140x95 mm including supply and fixing of one no. 6-32 ISI marked SP MCB in each box. the box should be fitted on the G.I. street light pole with the help of suitable size of M.S. clamps, nut & bolts including painting of clamps as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25mm dia 300 mm long, G.I. tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick G.I. base plate including holes etc. complete as required.

Fixing of lightning conductor finial (single prong) with base pl including holes etc. complete as required.

Jointing copper / G.I. tape (with another copper/ G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/ sweating and soldering etc as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 m thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of smoke detector with builtin LED and mounting base complete with all connections etc. as required. Make should be Appolo/asian or equivalent).

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning sector panel suitable for following zones, complete with visual indications for short circuit fault, open circuit fault, fire condition and all other standard facilities as per IS:2189 with mimic diagram for all area/zone covered, complete with all connections, interconnections as required. 10 Zone

Supplying & laying of 2x1.5 sqmm fire survival armoured cable, 600/1000V rated with annealed copper conductor having glass mica fire barrier tape covered by an extruded layer of Cross Linkable Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulation and LSZH inner bedding, steel wire armouring & LSZH outer sheath complete as required.

Supplying and fixing 25 mm dia MS flexible pipe with PVC coating along with all ancillaries and accessories like coupler etc. as required.

Excavation for cable trenches of depth upto 1.2 m in soft soil including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.(These item is required for taking out existing U.G. cable)
