Charpoy GI Ply top FD-220( R)

M & L for removing u/ser angle frame or Square frame and S& F 25 mm square MS Pipe of 1.6 mm thick of 890 mm length or Angle frame 25X25X3 mm of 890 mm length & apply one coat of red/zinc oxide and two coat of black paint to the square pipes (approved brand : TATA/SAIL/JINDAL/BST/SHYAM STEEL/BHUSAN) duly welded the ends to the long rail at an equal distance as shown in the drg for resting the Ply top and connecting to 32 GI Pipe from underneath rails for better grip while placing the Ply top complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 12 mm thick BWR Plywood Size 1980 x 900 mm of approved make Type A / AA in lieu of damaged U/S one over existing charpoy GI Ply top with edges rounded at four corners including fixing with new MS Nut, bolt 65x3 mm & washer Qty 10 No each and painting the existing Square / Angle frame beneath the Ply top complete all as specified and as directed.

Almirah Large Steel :-FD-1031 :- Removing Dents and Bends and welding wherever required for Almirah Large Steel:- Scrapping old painted surfaces and removing existing paint on surfaces with chemical /aerosal spray.Preperation of almirah surfaces after applying putty and red oxide primer and spray painting of almirah with two coats of synthetic enamel paint . Colour :- Royal blue/OG colour and half white colours as directed by Engg-in-Charge .Make for paint:- Asian/Berger/Nerolac Note :-Almirah as a whole shall be measured as single unit.

Almirah Medium Steel :-FD-1032 :- Removing Dents and Bends and welding wherever required for Almirah Medium Steel:- Scrapping old painted surfaces and removing existing paint on surfaces with chemical /aerosal spray.Preperation of almirah surfaces after applying putty and red oxide primer and spray painting of almirah with two coats of synthetic enamel paint . Colour :- Royal blue/OG colour and half white colours as directed by Engg-in-Charge . Make for paint:- Asian/Berger/Nerolac Note :-Almirah as a whole shall be measured as single unit.

Removing the unserviceable locks from Almirah and S&F new steel locks (6 lever brass) for Almirah large/Med steel of approved quality with duplicate keys all as directed by Engg-in-charge

Dismantling of unserviceable 3 way locking device ( Handle Mechanism) and supplying and fixing new lock devices ( Handle mechanisim) complete all as directed .

All As per Item No 2.03 above but Almirah Medium Steel .Complete all as directed by Engg-in-Charge

Removing and replacing unserviceable handle with new 100 mm chromium plated handle of approved quality for Almirah large/Med steel all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the existing U/S damaged shelf from almirah large steel and S & F shelf made out of MS sheet, 1 mm thick, bent to shape as required, welding, etc including preparing the new steel and iron surfaces and applying, two coats of Synthetic enamel paint as specified in Sl No 01 , over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed By Engg-in-charge Note:- Each shelf will be measured as one unit.

The wood surface shall be painted with high gloss paint, black in tint complete all as directed and as per drawing.

Removing old unserviceable back and supply and fixing of new back seat of existing size duly woven with 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick plastic cane in Godrej pattern (Superior quality). The wood surface shall be painted with high gloss paint, black in tint complete all as directed and as per drawing.

Removing old arm rest and S&F new arm rest made out of 1st class teak wood and shall be painted with high gloss paint black in tint all as per drawing and as directed

Removing worn out bottom and top bushes from chair CBA and supply and fixing new bushes for top and bottom complete all as directed

Removing and replacing the broken glass with 3mm thick new plain glass and packing wherever required to make the item intact and to avoid loose fittings . Note:-Each Glass shall be measured as a single unit

FILING CABINET STEEL 4 DRAWERS Removing of dents, bends and preparing the old steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as directed.

Greasing and oiling of rolling channels and necessary accessories required for smooth functioning of drawers of filing cabinet

Removing of U/S drawers of filing cabinet and S&F new drawers made out of 1mm thick MS sheet made it shape and size and all as directed

Removing of u/s rolling channels and S&F new suitable rolling channels including oiling complete all as directed

Dismantling unserviceable locks and supplying and fixing new Locks with duplicate keys complete all as directed.

LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL Removing of dents, bends and preparing the old steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as directed.

DRAWING CABINET STEEL (MAP) Dismantling of unserviceable locks and supplying and fixing new Locks with duplicate keys complete all as directed .

M&L for preparation and matching duplicate keys (SS) for tables complete all as directed.

Repairs to Table Office Officer/Clerk Steel:-FD-1003/1004/TP Removing the UNSV drawer from table and supply and fix new drawer made out of 1mm thick MS sheet made to shape, welding etc, including preparing the new steel and iron surfaces and applying, two coats of smoke grey synthetic enamel paint, first quality, over a coat of red oxide primer all as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- Each drawer will be measured as one unit.

Removing the unserviceable locks and S&F new steel lock (6 lever brass) of approved quality with duplicate keys all as directed by Engr-in-charge for table office officer/table office clerk steel.

Removing the existing unsv table tops of table office clerk steel and S&F new table top with 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board, with one face decorative laminate and other balancing white, exterior grade, ISI Marked, duly fixed with 20 /19mmx 4mm thick teak wood, half round beading, duly polished, glossy finish, all round, etc complete, all as directed all as directed.

All as per item No 11.02 above but for Table office officer steel
