The bidder shall be agency/contractor who have carried out similar kind of works in any industry/utility in India. In proof of this, intending bidder shall produce at least one scanned copy of work order and work done certificate of value not less than 1.13 lakhs(Exclusive of GST) in previous five years issued from competent authority. Work done of previous years will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of financial year of tender invited. (i.e. For the period 2020-21(50%),2021-22(40%),2022-23(30%),2023-24(20%),2024-25(10%)).
The bidder should have an average annual turnover of more than Rs. 2.25 Lakhs(Exclusive of GST) during last any Two years in preceding 5 financial years and should furnish scanned copy of turnover certificate duly certified by Charted Accountant. Financial turnover of previous year will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of financial year of tender invited. ((i.e. For the period 2020-21(50%),2021-22(40%),2022-23(30%),2023-24(20%),2024-25(10%)).
Shall furnish scanned copy of PAN card
Signed and scanned copy of Declaration I,II&III as per given format shall be furnished with the tender
In proof of this scanned copy of ESI registration shall be furnished with the tender.
In proof of this scanned copy of PF registration shall be furnished with the tender.
In proof of this scanned copies GST certificate shall be furnished with the tender.
