Tenderers are advised to visit the site of work and make themselves acquainted with the site conditions. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained after submission of tender.
Tenderer shall quote rates inclusive of all type of taxes. Only GST will be paid extra .
No idling charge of T&P and labour will be paid for extended period of contract , if any .
Quantities are approximate and may vary upto any extent on either side as per requirement of the site conditions or may not be executed at all for which no extra claim shall be entertained.
All above works shall be executed as per U.P.P.W.D/ U.P.P.T.C.L specification or as directed by Engineer-In-charge.
The Work may be carried on newly allotted land and energized S/S Area having high voltage installations. contractor must employee trained supervisor and labour to work in such electrical hazardous area. Safety of all men & material shall be contractor's responsibility.
Income tax / other tax if any levied by government during contractual period as required shall be deducted by the deptt, form the contractor's bill. However GST shall be paid extra as legally applicable.
Contractor shall register the agreement and the labour engaged in construction work in the office of Dy. Labour Commissioner
Testing of material shall be born by the contractor. Nothing shall be paid extra by the department.
The contractor should have all relative T&P as concrete mixture, needle vibrator, surface vibrator, slump test equipment & mini earth compactor.
Contractor has to make platform for casting of trench covers as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Nothing shall be paid extra for it.
Contractor has to put up all relevant drawing with design/layout to SE (Civil) Noida for approval at his own cost if requared; nothing shall be paid extra for it.
Contractor has to made available 12 No. Cube at site and will frequently fill the cibe at site . Accordingly cube test report will be submitted by contractor at his own cost . Final bill of work will be paid to contractor only after he submitts all satisfactory test result from authorised lab .

1. Tenderers are advised to visit the site of work and make themselves acquainted with the site conditions. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained after submission of tender . 2. Tenderer shall quote rates inclusive of all type of taxes (Income Tax, Labour cess, Royalty, No entry zone fees etc.) only GST shall be paid extra. 3. No idling charges shall be paid for contractual period as well as extended period. 4. Rates quoted by Tender will remain firm till completion of scope of work of contract, is any item of work required to complete the scope of work shall be deemed included in the scope of work and rates, if not available in the bill of quantity shall be finalized by SE, ECTC, Noida as per relevant clause. 5. Quantities are approximate and may vary up to any extent on either side as per requirement of the site conditions or may not be executed at all for which no extra claim shall be entertained. 6. All the above work shall be executed as per U.P.P.W.D., U.P.P.T.C.L. specifications or as directed by Engineer- in –charge. 7. The work may be carried in energized S/s area having high voltage installations contractor must employ trained supervisor and labour to work in such electrical hazardous area . All risk to men and material shall be contractor’s responsibility. Insurance of labour & T&P shall be borne by the agency. 8. Contractor shall register his labour engaged in construction work in the office of Dy. Labour Commissioner Only registered Labour in Labour Commissioner office shall be employed. If any labour not registered then it will be registered within 24 hours.
9. MS scrap received against dismantled RCC/RB work will be issued to the contractor@ 30.00/Kg. 10. In dismantling of brick work, 60% bricks, 28% brick bats and 12% debris will be treated as recovered. Bricks shall be issued to contractor @3100/per thousand and Brick Bats @1050/Cum and debris at free of cost. 11. Post concrete testing shall be carried out by department on completion of the work by IIT/ HBTI/ NABL approved laboratory. Final bill shall be prepared, if and only if results will found as per IS standard and all expenditure is the responsibility of the firm. If results are not satisfactory then agency will be recommended for black list and work is dismantled and reconstructed on the expenditure of the firm/ contractor. 12. Contractor has to put up all relevant drawing to SE (Civil) Noida for approval at his own cost the drawing shall be vetted by IIT/Engineering collage nothing shall be paid extra for it. 13. As per G.O. no.622/23-12-2012-2 Audit/08 TC date 08.06.2012, Contractor has to deposit extra security performance guarantee, If the tendered rate are found below to the department rates. 14. As per section 171of CGST Act, 2017 any reduction in rates of Tax of any supply of the goods are service of the benefit of input tax credit shall be passed on to the recipient by the way of commensurate reduction in prices. Hence supplier/Manufacturer to ensure to pass the benefit reduced prices to UPPTCL. Further price quoted by supplier/manufacturer is subject to security under above section 15. A security of 10% of the agreement shall be deducted from running bill of agency. Which shall be released after six months of successful completion of work. 16. The agency shall deposit the proof of GST payment, if not, then their next payment cannot be released by corporation. 17. Receipt for royalty payments for coarse sand and, 20 mm stone blast, earth etc. shall be deposited by agency with each bill, in absence of this, royalty shall be deducted from their bill with penalty, if any. 18. No labour will stay in substation area. 19. All Labour with valid Aadhar card will enter through gate pass in 400/220/132kv sub-station and will leave the sight neat & clean condition in afternoon. No night shift shall be allowed due to hazardous condition.. 20. A COVID help desk shall be maintained by the agency during currency of contract with Mask, Sanitizer, Reporting Register and Thermal Scanner, if disposable Mask is used then it shall be disposed of as per Govt. of India guidelines as time to time . 21. The labours working in the energize switch yard will use Gum Boots , Insulating Gloves, Helmet etc. labours if proper safety measures not followed then the firm will be panelized.
22. If any honey combing appeared in surface then all the grits shall be removed by pointed hammer till the good surface then "Patch fix Concrete" (Make Bostik) shall be used for filling 180 mm depth, for extra deep portion "Patch Fix Concrete" shall be used in layers having depth up to 180mm. 23. Electricity shall be available on payment basis and agency will take the temporary connection from uppcl 24. Water shall be available at one point only and as per time schedule of transmission and firm shall have his own arrangement for storage by tank or any other means. Water charges shall be deducted in any condition. 25. Supply of anchor bolt the factory inspection shall be arrange by the contractor on his own cost & testing of anchor bolt shall be done by IIT/NABL approved laboratory. 26. .Covid-19 Guideline issued by Gov of India shall be applied & binding to the firm. 27. Material for testing like concrete cube, steel, coarse sand, coarse aggregate etc. has to be carried out by the contractor to the division lab at his own cost. 28. Testing of material from NABL approved lab, if required shall be borne by the contractor. Nothing shall be paid extra by the department. 29. Contractor has to made available 6 No. cube at site and will frequently fill the cube at site. Accordingly cube test report will be submitted by contractor at his own cost. Final bill of work will be paid to contractor only after he will submit all satisfactory test result from authorized lab. 30. Site shall be handed over to agency as and where basis no extra claim shall be paid to the contractor for clearing, leveling, dressing etc. 31. Curing of cement work shall be done as per prevailing IS code and if found faulty post concrete testing from IIT shall be done on the cost of firm. 32. The work shall be carried out in energized 220 KV G.I.S. building where opening for two No. 220 KV GIS Module installation shall be done. It is responsibility of firm to take all precautions, so that existing 220 KV G.I.S. module or G.I.S. building will be safe in all respect. Before opening of cut out for new G.I.S. module firm will ensure all safety precautions. The design, drawing and cut out opening procedure shall be submitted to SE, ECTC Jhansi for his approval.
