Annual Maintainence Contract of 100 KVA D. G. Set i/c one general service , replacement of material like spin lube .oil filter cartridge -1no Fule filter (primary and secondary sets ) coolent 3 Ltr. engine oil 22 ltr. Main element for air cleaner 1no, fan belt1no., rubber hose air cleaner hose radiator fuel pipe fule filter battery wire battery turminal and in/c other petty material reqd. to run the d.g set satisfactorily, monthly inspection of DG Set with alternator AMF battery etc , as reqd. and directed at site.( 24 -12 -2025 to 23-12-2026)
TERMS & CONDITION:-
The contract covers 12 months annual maintenance of D.G set as described above.
Competent service Engineer/ Technician shall be required to attend break down calls services as and when intimated with in the least possible time but not more than 4hours in any case to keep the system in running condition including minors repairs. The sole responsibility shall be of the firm to keep the whole system working .
The firm will ensure that the DG set system is properly maintained.
The work shall be carried out as per direction and upto the best satisfiaction of Engineer-in- charge at site.
The system is required to maintained in the scheduled period and shall be kept in good working condition by the firm during contract period as detailed above. Faulty equipment may be reported immediately to the Engineer-in Charge.
The firm will test and estiblish the health of the system once in week as per best satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.
The firm will ensure the earth testing of system & submit the insulation testing report once after every six month.
