Demolition of old roof treatment/PCC padding of any type and thickness and pattern and preparation of RCC roof surfaces with wire brushes to remove the old treatment, foreign material loose particles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick (avg) thickness cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in floors, roof padding to achieve required slope finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bitumen felt water proofing treatment using APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3.00kg/sqm and minimum thickness 3mm reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (but not less than 150gms/sqm) laid over and including bitumen primer applied @ 0.30 Kg/sqm by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for CERAMIC heat reflective roof tiles (Rain drop glossy tiles) having size of tiles of 300cm x 300cm thickness 7-8mm laying including with 20mm screed bedding layer in CM 1:4 set jointed and pointed with water proofing epoxy material or joint filler chemical material complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate of water proofing epoxy material or joint filler chemical included in quoted amount of this item.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and facing horizontal face to groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, mud stops & coping etc, rounded chamfered on edge complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick walls or concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick work orconcrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 by mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ. (ii) Rate of water proofing epoxy material or joint filler chemical included in this item only. No extra payment will be in separately.

M&L for disconnecting of existing water pipe & tank of any size , setting aside for repair, cleaning etc and make temporary arrangement for water storage and supply to occupants after cleaning of pipe & tank, reconnecting & refixing in same position complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Any damage to existing pipe & tank shall be replace by bidder free of cost and S&F of same shall be includes in quoted rate.

Taking down and Refixing of split AC of capacity 1.5/2.0/3.0 TR including making hole in the brick/ shelter/ stone walls and making connections, fixing of brackets and insulating pipe lines with nitrile rubber, brazing of copper tubes testing/ commissioning compete as required at site, including shifting of service connection metal clad box and voltage stabilizer to the new location including Refilling/topup of refregrant gas incl installation at same location & testing of split AC, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : (i) The rate quoted for this item shall include transportation, civil work refiling of gas as required on site and making good to the distrub surfaces.

Servicing of window type AC, 1.5/2.0/3.0 TR capacity of any make, by cleaning the whole equipment,washing of fitters, minor adjustments/repair, washing condenser unit all as specified and as directed.
