M&L for taking down the defective split/ Window unit of 1.5 TR Capacity, shifting to work shop, taking out the defective unserviceable hermetically sealed compressor from the unit, replacing the compressor with new compressor of the same capacity, fixing to the unit inter connecting the refrigerating lines, flushing out the cooling coil & condenser, removal the coil & carbon thoroughly, cleaning with CTC, leak testing, pressure testing with Nitrogen gas, dehyderating, Vaccumissing, charging of Refrigerant gas, testing at work shop. Shifting to the location reinstalling the same in its Original position connecting up all etestion electrical, connection and Testing & Commissioning. All as specified as directed.

All as per Item No 1 above but for 2 TR Capacity Note : Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of cutting, welding, brazing, sealing the refrigerant tubing, replacement of strainer, CTC, Nitrogen gas, Refrigerant gas, required to and from Transportion and Handling. M/L for spares will be measured and paid separately

M&L for taking down the damage condenser fan blade of 1.5TR split/Window type AC’s of any make and supply & fixing suitable new fan blade and testing & commissioning the unit.

M&L for taking down the damaged blower unit of any make split/ Window AC and supply and fixing of new blower unit of suitable type and testing & commissioning the unit.

M&L for complete scraping out the crusting painting of the complete body of out door unit metallic surface, cleaning the surface thoroughly, apply putty / metal paste, prepare the surface, apply 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer for 1.5 / 2TR capacity split type AC’s.

M&L for 1.5 TR Capacity cleaning flushing the refrigeration system thoroughly with CTC, and Nitrogen gas, leak testing and locating the leaks, rectifying the leaks, by brazing the joints, replacing the damaged copper pipes, silver rod/ copper. Pressure testing, dehydrating, vaccumissing, gas charging testing & commissioning the system the work includes required strainer, N2 gas, Refrigeration gas and transportions Handling the unit. All as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No 7 above but for 2 TR Capacity

M&L for taking down the unserviceable temperature sensor probes and supply & fixing new sensor probe suitable for any type, make split/Window type AC’s and testing & commissioning.

M&L for taking down the defective unserviceable printed circuit Board and S/F of new printed circuit board for any make split/window type AC unit.

M&L for taking down the defective unserviceable sealed fan motor & S&F new fan motor of the same capacity & size to suit the split/window AC unit of any make and capacity of 1.5 / 2 TR all as per existing at site

M&L for taking down the damaged air filter set and S/F of new air filter set for split/window type AC’s of 1.5 / 2TR capacity.

M&L for taking down the defective unserviceable starting/running capacitors 80/100 MFD 230V / 50Hz and supply and Fixing the new starting capacitor of the same capacity to split / window type AC’s and testing.

M&L for taking down the defective unserviceable starting relay and supply and fixing new rely suitable for 1.5/2TR Window / Split type AC’s and Testing.

M&L for taking down the defective unserviceable Thermostatic switch and S/F new thermostatic suitable for window type AC’s and Testing.

M&L for taking down the damaged drain pipe and S/F of new insulated drain pipe suitable for split type AC’s.

Material and Labour for taking down the defective capillary tube set and supply & Fixing new suitable capillary set for split type AC’s.

M&L for taking down the rusted out door unit stand and supply & fixing the stand with required anchor fastner and nut & bolts and rubber bushes for 1.5 / 2 TR Split unit.

M&L for taking down the burned out door unit fan motor and rewinding, overhauling renewal of worn out shaft & bushes, and fixing to the unit, of 1.5 / 2 TR Split units.

M&L for taking down the defective remote control unit and S/F of new remote control unit for split/window type AC of 1.5 / 2 TR of any make and testing.

M&L for taking down the defective definite purpose magnetic contactor of the split/window AC’s of any make, and supply & fixing of new contactor of 240 VAC. 30 Amps 50 Hz, and coil volt of 208/240V 50/60Hz and Testing.

M&L for taking down the defective unserviceable sealed motor of indoor unit of any make split unit of 1.5/2 TR capacity and S/F new fan motor suitable for Split type AC’s.

M&L for taking down the burned wiring kit and supply & fixing and testing of new wiring kit suitable for 1.5/2TR split and window type Ac unit.

M&L for taking down by disconnecting water connections and shifting elective for 40/60/80 Ltrs. capacity water cooler to work shop, taking down the defective sealed compressor and replacing with new compressor, the work includes flushing the complete system condenser, cooling coil with Nitrogen, removal all carbon, oil & dirt, brazing & inter connecting the refrigeration lines, de-hydrating, purging with refrigerant, vaccumissing and charging of R22 / 134a Refrigerant and testing & commissioning and shifting to original location and connecting up the electrical & water connection. All as specified as directed.

All as per Srl Item No 24 above but for 120/150 Ltrs. capacity water cooler

M&L for complete tinkering the corroded sheet metal parts, side panel, door, with existing gauge M.S. Sheet and renewal of the bottom base plate, mounting lets, fan motor base plate, and condenser should cover etc., with existing size gauge G.I. sheet, with required Angle Iron, Nut & Bolts all as per the existing size and shape including cutting, bending, welding and completing fixing all other components, complete scraping with old paint, prepare the surface, painting 2 coat of enamel paint over a coat of primer and complete cleaning the water tank and shifting to the location and testing any capacity of water coolers, Complete All as specified as directed.

M&L for charging the water cooler of 40/60/80 Ltrs. capacity including taking down, transporting to workshop flushing out the cooling coil, condenser, brazing the refrigerant lines, replacing of liquid line copper strainer, leak testing, purging with refrigerant, vaccumissing and charging of R22/R 134a gas, testing & commissioning and shifting to the location and connecting up the electrical & water connection. All as specified as directed.

All as per Srl Item No 27 above but for 120/150 Ltrs. capacity water cooler

M&L for painting the water cooler including scraping out the old paint prepare the surface, painting 2 coat of enamel paint over a coat of primer, the work including necessary putty, metal paste etc., and disconnecting from the position and refixing after painting for any capacity of the water coolers.

M&L for to the water cooler tank and cooling coil by dismantling the water cooler and carried out the lead soldering to cooling coil to the tank outer surface where ever the detached portion and rectify the leaks portion and re-assembly the water cooler of any capacity.

M&L for taking down the damaged thermal insulation of the water cooler, and renew the thermal insulation as per the existing thickness and assembling the body with necessary sheet metal screws etc., for any capacity water coolers.

M&L for taking down the defective starting relay and S/F of new starting relay for any capacity water cooler.

M&L for taking down the defective overload relay and S/F of new over load relay suitable for any capacity water cooler.

M&L sub-main wiring with 4.0 Sq.mm (nominal area) PVC unsheathed multi strandard copper conductor PVC insulated 1100 volt grade single core cable drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit medium grade minimum 20mm size and its accessories complete along with 4.0 Sqmm cable but in green colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dolly completely concealed ,surface,in walls/ ceiling/ roofs all as directed and specified including dismantling old one Note : Three runs of PVC copper cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one Rm.

M&L for complete carryout the servicing to Split/Window type AC’s/water cooler/deep freezer/ including taking down from the position, dismantling the sheet metal parts, blowing out the dust, carryout the chemical cleaning to chocked cooling coil & condenser coil, by spray the dilated chemical cleaning agent, till remove complete chocking, flushing across the coils, cleaning all the sheet metal parts, filter, grill and fixing all the dismantled parts with sheet metal screws, lubricating the fan motor bush / bearing, checking all the electrical connections, renew any burned legs / clip and fixing back to position and testing.(Note: Gas Charging if required will be measured and paid seperately).

Supply and charging refrigerant R-22 complete one time for topping up or making full qty including plugging the leakage complete and as directed.

Supply and charging the refrigerator gas R-134A / R-34A /R-407/any environmental friendly refrigerant gas complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and charging compressor oil suitable for AC's, water cooler ,Refrigerator and deep freezer complete including testing etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the old paint of the body of refrigerator of any capacity and making the body dent proof and preparing the surface and Painting the refrigerator with 2 coats of synthetic enameled paint of superior quality to match with existing paint with spray painting complete all as specified and directed.
