M&L Vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (of approved light shade) of size 600x 600 mm x 7 to 8mm thick in floor, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over 20 mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for lying floor finishes in cement sand mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed 18-20 mm thick Granite of any shade ( table rubbed and polished ) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortor 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of the slabs etc all as specified and directed.

M & L Coloured Prepolished chequered cement conc tiles (30cmx30cmx25mm thick) in white cement and pigment in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Demolition of Cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in landing and shelves etc complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete sub base of flooring all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate laid in panels in plinth protection, even & fair surfaces without using extra cement all as specified.

Demolition of Reinforcement Cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in landing and shelves etc complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for providing Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, all as specified. Note : (Reinforce bar paid and measured separately)

Providing pre cast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4(20mm graded aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. , with plain fair faces, including hamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match all as specified .

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc, for rough finished surface of concrete.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips,complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster,any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on Brick work incl finishing surface fair and even w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for two coat cement plaster (up to 12m height including necessary scaffolding) ,on brick/concrete surace of wall first coat 10mm thick CM 1:6 and second coat cement plaster 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (WPC will be paid seperately under respective item)

Material and Labour for rendering 20mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces , finished fair and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls of and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement priming coat of any approved tint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L preparation of new surface applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall over a coat of 2mm th wall care putty over coat of chalk whiting primer.

Supplied and Fixed IInd class HW Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints.

Supply and Fixing 35mm thick, 2nd class HW, Plain framed, factory made panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and Fixing IInd Class HW 35mm thick, factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.20 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing 30mm thick 2nd class hardwood, factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.20 (b) complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmX47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet (edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet) reinforced with MS square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 4mm thick moulded premale PVC sheet on the front face & 4mm thick prelam PVC sheet on back face, centre core will be PVC battern supplying & fixing in frame at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Anodised aluminium frame powder coated(50micron) for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F anodised aluminium powder coating of any colour (thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, hinges anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc, complete all as specified. (Note : S&F of Glass pane, panel insert, door closer, mortice lock shall be measured and paid separately under this Sch).

S & F anodised aluminium powder coated (thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) three track sliding window/Cupboard frame of size 45.2 x 35 x 1.3mm and window/Cupboard shutter of size 37.5 x 15 x 1.6mm with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing and self locking devices of approved quality in each shutter, handles etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: quoted rate deemed to be included for self locking devices)

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated (Powder coating shall be 50 micron minimum thickness) window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/m including snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.) hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 No) suitable handle (1 No) compete all as specified (Note : Glass pane, panel insert, door closer, mortice lock shall be measured and paid separately )

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified

S&F Mild steel work for framed work such as grills, (12mm sqm bars for window / ventilators for guard bars) grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding,buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

Supply and Fixing 300 mm long mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified in IS No 281-1991 and as directed .

S&F 100mm Aluminium handles, cast type, anodised, fixed complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing 300mm mild steel ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete all as specified in IS No 452-1973 and as directed .

S & F 4 mm thick frosted on one side sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in square area not exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified.

Demolition of wall ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs blankets any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI metal suspended ceiling system, GI lay in plain of 600x600x0.5mm (TEGULAR) edge tiles in globel white colour to be laid on strong 24mm Tee section flanges colour white having roatary stiching on the main runner with web height of 38mm complete all as specified and directed Note- (i) To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits at 1200mm maximum centre. The first/last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to form 1200mmx600mm module.
