M/L for repairing/rewinding of alternator 63 KVA DG set installed incl disconnecting electrical and mechanical connections, dismantling the alternator, checking, cutting burnt copper winding of armature , cleaning the slots and rewinding with existing gause of supper quality copper winding wire , varnishing, drying and reassembling , re-connection of all electrical and mechanical connections. Supply and replace the followingworn out parts :- (a) Rectifier 440 volts

Carbon brush

Slip ring turning /polishing

Supply and Fixing, testing of PLC of DG set complete all as directed.

M&L for dismantling of 30 KVA Engine of any model/make incl repair and replaceminer ofthe piston ring, liner, CR bearing,main bearing, turbo repair works, lathe wks radiator ser hose pipes, incl banjo pipes, V belts, fuel pump and water pump repair, nozzle calibration, valve set head repair etc incl testing and all as specified and directed. Warranty upto 1 yr will be provided to deparrtment (cost of repair does not incl of crank, block, head, camshaft, alternator repair and replacement of fuel pump and damaged parts.)

Replacement of contactor (MNXtype) for 200 to 400 KVA DG set installed at Auditorium shokhuvi.

M/L for repair/maint of dynamo assembly complete including testing all as specified and directede at site (Upto 125 KVA cap only)

M/L for repair/maint of dynamo assembly complete including testing all as specified and directede at site (200 to 400 KVA cap only)

Replacement of battery connecting lead battery lead terminal brass of approved quaity.
