Taking down and opening / dismantling of ceiling fan, cleaning complete, oiling / greasing including replacement of capacitor/worn out parts e.g. bearing, bush, shaft, etc. where necessary, checking for smooth running including painting with one coats of synthetic enamel paint cleaning and preparing the surface and refixing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Spare parts like capacitor, bush and bearing will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Taking down and opening / dismantling of ceiling fan, 1200/1400 mm sweep and taking out old unserviceable winding and M & L for rewinding the same with super enameled copper wire of existing/same gauge including all insulating material required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, cleaning the fan bearing/bushing and greasing/oiling and reassembling, testing complete including spy painting with one coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparing rusted surface and refixing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour in repair of submain wiring complete with two core 04 sqmm (nominal core) PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade FRLS cable multi stranded copper conductor single core in PVC conduit/Casing capping of suitable size complete with one core of 04 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS green colour copper conductor as earth wire connecting to earth dolly. Note :-02 run of 4 sqmm and 01 run of 4 sqmm wire and one run of PVC conduit/casing capping shall be measured as one Running Meter length)

M & L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode 60Cm x 60Cm x 6 mm thick directly buried in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron steel including necessary excavation earth work PCC chamber CI chamber cover protection pipe watering pipe etc. (Complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and connected to earthing test point complete including excavation earthwork, PCC chamber, chamber cover ,funnel watering and protection pipe etc all specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Cable trays manufactured from steel wires, welded together and bent into final shape. All cable trays shall be manufactured with a logitudinal ‘T-welded’ safety edge tray shall be constructed with 50mm x 100mm mesh configration. All accessories including couplers (screw based system combination) mounting accessories (mechanically tested &supplied by cable tray manufacture in must be in used) are required of same finish as per site requirement.
