Operation and Annual Maintenance of Molecule System at D.A. Flats Haiderpur under PWD Sub Division-4, North west Building during 2025-26

Providing & fixing of high-density type Ultra Commercial Melaminer Set attached with emerging or submerging capability along with surface appearance of highly polished i/c smoother finish with threaded thrust cons on both side of the melaminer. All holders attached with its own supporter set it shall be capable to build with non-evaporative material. Bearing capability shall be 7.5kg/cm2 along with all type of connectors. Melaminer shall be capable to mount on /inside any type of surface like plate, bottom & capable to hang horizontally/vertically as per availability of space/design of the system with lower & upper lunging sets. All required accessories shall be provided by agency free of cost. During process retained biomasses shall be stabilized through melaminer set. The agency shall submit full quantity of material along with supplier certification before start of work. The work shall be carried out strictly as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of Vaccumizer Set in the existing system having top mounted silencer along with filament set. The minimum ejecting pressure shall be 1.5 Kg/cm2 suitable for single phase supply grid complete as required.

Providing services of skilled operator on monthly base, for operating molecule system/Lumber system from 9.00 A.M to 6.00 P.M. Skilled operator should be have operating/skillness certification from approved manufacturer and to submit certificate before start of work to the Engineer-in-Charge all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out and Credit for dismantled Vaccumizing GI fittings, culture string fiber, Melaminer SS body etc. which shall be the property of the contractor and should be removed from the site of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Nothing extra shall be paid on Account of Carriage)
