Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all qoins, arches, pillars, etc.complete all as specified.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thick below or above ground level all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No. 5 here in before but except bricks Note:- Serviceable bricks obatined from srl item No. 1 shall be re-used in srl item No. 6 after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick in plinth protection and courtyard, finished cement surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement , laid in panels and joints shall be filled with bitumen mastic mixture complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B-2,1:2:4 (40 mm gradd aggregate) graded stone aggregate as in path laid in alternate panels not exc 4 sqm each and 8mm wide joints shall be filled with sealing compound Gde-A, finished even smooth with broom finished w/o using extra cement, laid in alternate bays all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut broken stone of gauge not exc 63mm as in hard core n exc 150mm thick spreaded and levelled including watering & ramming all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces face finished fair & even w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Water proofing compound to be paid and measured separetely)

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on ceiling etc surfaces in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of WALLS and applying two coat of exterior weather paint over a coat of approved primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of WALLS and applying THREE COATS of WHITE WASHING, complete all as specified and as directed. by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing New Plastered Surfaces of WALLS and applying TWO COATS of DISTEMPER OIL EMULSION (OIL BOUND WASHABLE DISTEMPER) with one coat of primer over a Coat of CHALK WHITING, complete all as specified and as directed. by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment including cement mortar bedding and cleaning the surface and removal outside the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in padding to roof to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, max avg thickness shall not exc 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions @ 0.50% by weight of cement on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on plaster surface all as specified. (c) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.00 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing liquid compoundcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. :Make : DR. FIXIT PIDE PROOF LW, CICO, FOSROC.

M&L for Appling one coat Bitumen water proofing aluminium heat resistance paint on the roof as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : PLASCON/PLASCON or equalant

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for complete all as specified.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses, pillars and purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings,postof angle iron etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Posts/struts of angle iron made to shape shall be welded to existing angle iron bracket of security wall, contractor shall make his own arrangement for welding for boundary wall by using gen sets or any alternative arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation new steel surface exc 10 cm width/girth one coat red oxide primer and two coat synthetic enamal paint all as specified and directed bi Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for post construction ATT along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for post construction antitermite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr and Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in as in coping cill, rounded or chamffered on edges including form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nanital or similar pattern roor coverings all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 0.5 mm thick pre coated thick galvalume aluminium zink coated GI based corrougated steel sheeting or curved shape of any colour having tansile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/glading to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 1.00 mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and jointed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I (500 ltr capacity) including disconnecting existing tank and providing all necessary fittings for connecting with pipe line, metal lockable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and jointed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I (1000 ltr capacity) including disconnecting existing tank and providing all necessary fittings for connecting with pipe line, metal lockable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for welding in repair, exc 2.5 cm but n.exc 5 cm in length thickness of metal to be welded upto 50 mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair aluminium alloy door seal 1m long fixed to wooden doors complete all as directed.

S&F 4 mm Sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane including hacking out old broken galss all as spcified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth with 8% nickle, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Dismantling of wall/ floor tile, kota stone, quarry cobble tumbled granite etc including backing coat any description or any thickness led beded and pointed in any cement motar and removal to out of MD land all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut and pre-polished Kota stone slab flooring over 15mm thick in CM 1:6 cement screed bed and jointed with gray cement slurry mix with pigment to match the shade of slab including final polishing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glossy chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigments in any colour machine preassed glazed , over cement screed bed 15mm thick cement motor 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.make nitco/arena or equivalent all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 60 mm thick outdoor quarry cobble tumbled granite for parking,lobby and path and similar work etc any colour and any size and design will be furnished by Engr-in-Charge including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in 1:4 completed all as dircted by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Contractor is advised to visit at site for measurement of site and location. No claim on this account will be admissible for not visiting the site.

M&L for 60 mm Machine pressed pre casted pressed cement concrete inter locking paver blocks glazed coloured up to 6mm on the top in any shape and size, strenth not less than M-35 and grouted with clean dry fine sand incl 25mm thick sand cushioning all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (any type) in single piece (if required for length upto 2.5 mtr )machine cut laid over CM screed bed 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 and jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including mirror polishing and bull nosing edging in any position any shape etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic colour designer concept glassed ceramic tiles in patches matching with existing tile 200x300x7mm or 450x350x 7mm size as in walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface such as skirting dado etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for mirror finished vitrified tiles 9 to 10mm thick (squar / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles in patches matching with existing tile 7 to 8mm thick (squar / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar in (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 18mm thickness prelaminatd particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work including laminated edging on sides as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No. 47 here in before but 18 mm thick MDF board all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Continuous (piano) hinges width of flape 30mm, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame (pre cast frame shall be measured separately) set in CM 1:4 incl dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-Cast RCC (1:1.1/2:3) (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pillars of any shape, size & design as approved by Engr-in-Charge and making groves for insert of jafri jallies and fixed with existing jallies/ new jallies as inserting with CM 1:3 completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 6 to 8 mm dia TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 77 here-in-before but in stirrups/binders complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5 cm but n exc 15 cm wide all as specified and directed by ENgr-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-1 1:2:4 (using for 20 mm thick crushed stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, bends, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- The amount of Rs 1,14,805/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 137 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
