Supply and fix HDPE pipe 160 mm for delivery with necessary clamps for fixing with pump including reducer/enlarger 160 to 150 mm on pump side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make: KISSAN/SUPREME/FINOLEX

Supply and fix CI Foot valve suitable for 150 mm dia suction pipe duly fixed with fasteners and clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix Ribbed flexible pipe suitable for suction of pump 150mm size with fasteners and clamps, coupling to pump suction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make: KISSAN/SUPREME/FINOLEX

M&L for fabricating, by arc/gas welding or with fastners, nut, bolts, washers as required, portable trolley made out of rolled steel Fe-410- W/I section, angle or tee section, plate, girder etc, semi open covered with galvanised sheet canopy at the top, designed to accommodate sewage pump set, motor, LT Panel, LT cable, inlet and outlet pipes including errection/fixing on trolley bed and provision of suitable towing arrangement swivel type for towing with the vehicles complete with double axle and 04 Nos solid rubber wheels to suit the ground clearance of approx 45 cm and size of trolley approximate 1.6 m x 2.75 m (May vary as per site requirement) and height of canopy suitable to house LT panel and Pump having enough working space and shall be as per drawing submitted by contractor and approved by GE/AO complete all as specified and directed by GE/Engineer-in-Charge Note: (i) Design and drawing of trolley shall be got approved by contractor before fabrication. (ii) The solid rubber wheel shall be measured and paid as part of trolley weight.

Supply, laying and testing copper conductor flexible wire PVC insulated, sheathed, of size 16 sqmm single core in flexible PVC conduit for connection from starter to motor complete with terminal/lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply , laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L brick protection with sub class'B' brick laid flat across the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for sand cushioning with locally available sand to under ground cable below & around the cable gently punning after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to GI earthing strip of size 32 x 6mm flat by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of Galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: The unit rate shall be deemed to include for excavation & earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm, RCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 cover 40mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia CTD bars @ 75mm c/c both ways, MS handle 12mm dia, CI funnel and wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia, earthing lead upto 7.5m test point complete all as specified in preambles of SSR Part-II and shown in electricl plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I.]
